If the unit feels uncomfortable or insecure in your ear we recommend that you try every ear tip size included, since this makes a big difference for most users. In case the headset feels uncomfortable regardless of the used ear tip size we do recommend considering a headset with a different shape and wearing style (for example, Voyager Legend or Voyager Edge).
If you are experiencing low range issues (less than 30 feet with a direct line of sight) that may be an issue with the headset or with the connection between the headset and phone. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue.
To do so:
1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
3. Re-pair the headset with your phone and test.
If the issue is the same we recommend testing the device with another phone to determine if its on the phone or headset. Clear sound and noise canceling works great. I would highly recommend this product to those looking for a Bluetooth that actually does what it professes to do on the package.

I purchased two other products but they were not easy to navigate or were not comfortable or had a less that satisfactory sound.

It's touchless ability to perform tasks is wonderful. When speaking even in a noisy area the filters make it very easy to be heard and to speak. My only concern is that when used as i do the average life span is about 6 months.

I am often on the go. This device pairs with everything and has great noise cancellation. It is easy to use and easy to recharge. I would buy this again. It is a great value.

I really like the pause feature when watching a video and you put the headset down. Sound is good, but it is mono. Calls are clear and sound is good. I would highly recommend this headset.

Clarity is awesome and battery life is great! He had an older plantronics and the rubber wore out before the actual electronics inside. He’s super happy!! Super great brand!!

I have owned a few headsets but this is the best one so far. It is a little bigger than the Plantronics Voyager Legend but much better and I am extremely happy with it. I highly recommend it.

The input where u plug ur cord into eventually wears out, which then make it difficult to charge on its own. Also the Heat does do something to the charging elements on the device from previous past experience, but the sound n noise canceling does work well, but I won’t invest in any item like this anymore

When one gets low, because she likes to talk a lot, she swaps it out for the fully charged headset. Good range from my phone and the sound quality is excellent.
