I work as a contractor with hands on work or driving all day. This enables me to answer the phone anytime without touching the device. It announces who is calling if caller id is available and I can choose to answer or ignore with my voice. In the summer on the job this thing stands up to sweat. I like the over the ear because it stays in place. Only problems I have had is the ear piece coming loose after about 18 months of every day use and not charging at about 22 months. I love this thing and cant work without it.

In my opinion this use to be the best Bluetooth you could find. Now it's just ok, I've owned about 20 of them over the yrs and I've never had issues with them right out of the box. After using it for a wk it's supposed to tell you it's connected but about ever 3 turn on it doesn't say anything nor did it connect. No it's not the phone either as my Samsung pro always connect fine every time. HP and poly have made it so difficult to find or even get support! Used to be able to just go to Plantronics but now it's Plantronics then to Poly Then you have to sign into HP? Wth! Really HP that's just ridiculous! The quality is there but the software needs a vast improvement! Supposed to announce caller but never works anymore, the batteries they switched to are horrible. I use to be able to get 2yrs out of one but not anymore after a yr it's pretty much toast!

Works great. People cannot tell that I am not on the actual phone. No side noises. Love the auto answer feature. It announces who call is from and allows me to say answer or ignore. If I say answer it automatically answers. No buttons to push.

Fits better than the 5200 and comes with a charger. Battery life is also superior.

I bought this for my son's birthday. He recently got his Class A and knew he would put this to good use. He absolutely loves it. Very clear, and he can even hear music when he is not using it to talk. Love it!! Would highly recommend.

I drive an RV on our family trips, and this headset works exceptionally well. The talk time is up almost 7 hours and the audio quality is excellent.

Works great in my semi, Music on my phone sound good. The only thing I don't like is when using maps or waze the turn by turn directions are not loud enough for me to hear.

I haven’t tried it on calls yet, but great for my music.

Longer Bluetooth range better battery life. Clear reception. Easy to use, easier to recharge. Highly recommend. I have not yet figured out how to use the button. Touch features with my phone like the old one yet, but probably will learn how to soon.

Very user friendly. A little expensive but well worth the cost. I have tried several earpieces over several years and this is by far the most comfortable and the most technologically advanced. Get it. You won’t regret it.

This is more than a product review. It is on BB as well. I am one of the hi tech elect professionals - a seventy year old one. Only in the last few years have I returned. I am more and more impressed with the overall experience - the inventory and just plain nice employees. If they are treated well it translated to you a customer. As time goes on I will buy more and more as the store is 'FUN' I use a BT all day and this a wonderful product. I had a bad one and I waited 3 months to replace it as my experience has shown me the often come in batches. My guess it was a cracked voice coil. The new one is perfect. I had taken out the policy which is rare for me. The exchange was handles perfectly. I use it with the IP6s - lots of features and firmware via my phone. Very impressed overall with BB and it has been so for years now. Years earlier I had almost given up store retail.

Good noise cancellation, I purchased one for my son who works in a noisy environment. After talking to him and hearing no back ground noise I purchased one for myself as well

Replaced a very old (10+ years) Plantronics headset that was still working great (including battery life), but rubber parts finally disintegrated. This is unit works well and has very good battery life. Voice commands are convenient.

I finally found something that works phenomenally for calls. I used a neckband style for the last year, and it just wasn't made for calls. With this, I've had nobody complain about their ability to hear me, even when I'm in a noisy place.

Great sounds, hard to wear with glasses. Will fall off at times.

Like this earpiece its better than the ear buds, you hear better it clips on good on your ears

never was a fan of blue tooth headsets till i got this one.. good audio quality and can pair up to multiple devices at the same time.. really good for VOIP programs on your computer.

I am a CDL driver and I work around loud tractors and trailers and I can hear everything pretty well with the headset and my party on the other line can hear me good as well.

The Plantronics Voyager is one of the best bluetooth headsets. The sound quality is superb and the noise cancellation allows for hear clearly in a crowded room.

Product great for normal situations I however drive a Jeep Wrangler and usually in a bunch of construction noise really wish it would just be a few decimals louder
