Very easy to use. Setup took about 10 minutes to complete. Excellent sound and the person on the other end of the conversation said it also had great sound, even outdoors in some wind.

Happy with this headset, I'm pretty picky so I can always find faults with these. This is as close as it gets. Sometimes tricky to put on . The button to initiate/end/mute call is hard to find/use

Lightweight headphones If you are looking for a headphone that feels comfortable in your ear and can be worn all day this is the product for you. This is my second Plantronics and have tried numerous other product but this one feels the best when wearing.

This headset is so comfortable I hardly know I'm wearing it! It comes with three sizes of earbuds for comfort. The controls are easy and the noise reduction is phenominal. I have no trouble hearing or people hearing me. I strongly recommend this product!

Best ever. Callers can hear me with no background noise. Would rate 5 but it picks up all the back ground noise from my callers and callers voice gets a bit drowned out have to keep vol on high.

Bought this for work, and it does well for making calls, listening to music, and overall hands free use of the phone. The Google assistant works seamlessly with this Bluetooth.

This bluetooth headset works very well. With past models the people I talked with through the headset always said it was hard to hear and understand me. With this unit I have not received any of those concerns.

When my old Voyager headset finally died, I replaced it with the 5200. This is the third generation of the Voyager that I have owned, and each one is better than the last. People that I talk to say it sounds great, and I love the voice control.

This headset is easy to connect to devices, has great sound quality and all around is a solid headset. I was able to connect to my phone and PC simultaneously.

Replaced my original legend with this one. It's Still a great bluetooth with great sound quality. Only 4 stars due to the fact it only has 6 hours of talk time compared to 7 like my original. Would buy again.

I got to say this earpiece is one of the most comfortable you could wear all day and not know you have it on your ear. I’ve had Bose, and many other different brands and this is here is winner.

The audio quality of my zoom fitness classes jumped remarkably with this headset. My only issue is that it doesn't stay that well in the ear as I hop around.

I have tried several different bluetooth earpieces over the last several years. Most break, have bad range, weak batteries, fall out of ears easily or just plain sound bad. So far so good on the Plantronics.

has sensors to know if you are wearing it or not.. I have a speaker phone in the car and it will switch to the ear piece when I put it on for private talking which is cool.. the sound quality is good from what I am told when I ask if they hear me well when using.

I will not buy any other Bluetooth it works awesome for my company.

It does everything you want it has a large Bluetooth range I only gave it 4 stars because it could be louder I work as a service technician and when it's loud around me it's hard to hear.
