Im told they hear alot of background noise and it doesnt get that loud on the volume for hearing people. Out side that its a great item.

I didn't know about the voice command for answering or ignoring calls from an iPhone. Easy to pair with other devices. lightweight with easy controls. I would like to see a stand to charge when not in use.

The headset is great , comfortable to wear. The app helps the set up and options . I wear hearing aids and it does seem to conflict with them a bit and may work better with various different phones.

The best hands-free I've had to date, I don't use Amazon Alexa but it has excellent quality, only the price is a bit high but it's worth it.

My husband is on the phone with business calls 8-10 hours a day. He would not use anything else. It lasts just long enough for him to get through the day and he doesn't have any major complaints with it.

It was really easy to connect it to my phone. It really keeps the outside noise out when you are talking on it. It tells you how many hours that you have left to talk.

Great Bluetooth. Never had an issue and the range and noise cancellation is phenomenal.

I work as a contractor with hands on work or driving all day. This enables me to answer the phone anytime without touching the device. It announces who is calling if caller id is available and I can choose to answer or ignore with my voice. In the summer on the job this thing stands up to sweat. I like the over the ear because it stays in place. Only problems I have had is the ear piece coming loose after about 18 months of every day use and not charging at about 22 months. I love this thing and cant work without it.

The only down is the gasket for the ear piece brokw within a week. I hope I can get a replacement. But comfy and works well.

Voice call out is not clear. Therefore, you will have to look at phone in order to know who's calling. Otherwise, good product. Doesn't stay on ear. Constantly falls off if you don't have big ears.

I love this it fits most away from my ear and I have small ears. I also love the fact that it wasn't overly too expensive, and that I could get a warranty with it. I also like the hands-free aspect and that it dwindles down the outside sound fantastic four the car.

This is a good earpiece. The noise cancellation works great. I had the LG pro before buying the this one. Glad that I switched. Sound quality is good, but not to comfortable. The ear gels don't fit well.

Great headset. Very loud when background noise gets loud. Battery life is good. It can last all day without needing a charge. I like the call announce since I drive all day or have my hands full.

I use this as a home office phone head set with my cell phone. It was easy to setup and the battery lasts quite a while... but the recieve audio could be a bit better. Still very good though.

I drive in a large delivery truck and this product allows me to hear and take calls while n the road to my next stop.

Purchased this on a whim because the last standing next to me recommended it when we were looking at bluetooth. She owned one and was buying one for her sister. Clear calls. I can hear and the person on the other end hears me. No complaints so far

The Plantronics 5220 are the best i been buying them for years i haven't had any problems at all

After trying 6 different Samsung and LG bluetooth earpiece, I've finally gotten back to the roots. I had a old platronic bluetooth and decided to go for something different when it got damaged. By far platronic bluetooth is the best in my opinion.

I'm a power conference call daily user. Frequently more than 50 feet away my phone, no drop off in connection, call quality or noice cancellation tech. Not to mention a audiophile so i notice things most miss, can't be beat for thw money!
