The ear piece gives great quality audio with no complaints from the other end of the call. It looses connection occasionally and the earpiece itself that goes into the ear is not the most comfortable.

I am thrilled with this purchase. My hubby is able to answer calls hands free when driving the coach. The sound quality is great too.

This is the best Bluetooth earpiece I've used. Good sound, surprisingly good mic pickup. I've been told I sound a little "hollow", but I had to ask, no one spoke up or complained. The over the ear design is a little awkward with glasses, but it works ok.

Excellent headset to use in your home office. I use this device for work to connect to my VOIP phone line via connection to PC. Battery life last 8+ hours.

This has always been my favorite! I tried the beats but ended up exchanging them for ole' faithful, Voyager 5220!

Very user friendly. A little expensive but well worth the cost. I have tried several earpieces over several years and this is by far the most comfortable and the most technologically advanced. Get it. You won’t regret it.

Have owned a lot of Bluetooth headsets but this one to me is by far the best. Everyone I talk to always comments to me how clear I sound and they cannot believe I am talking on a headset. This is my second one, only because i lost the first one.

To much enterferance,low return volume not work the money

This is a very good product. I am extremely satisfied with it. Good clear listening and transmission. I have had no complaints from listeners even when outside in the wind.

I bought this for my son's birthday. He recently got his Class A and knew he would put this to good use. He absolutely loves it. Very clear, and he can even hear music when he is not using it to talk. Love it!! Would highly recommend.

Really fantastic. I think this is much better than the Legend, which is what I have used for many years. I hope it holds up. The sound quality at both ends is better than the Legend

Works great. People cannot tell that I am not on the actual phone. No side noises. Love the auto answer feature. It announces who call is from and allows me to say answer or ignore. If I say answer it automatically answers. No buttons to push.

This has good sound quality & is very easy to set up & use; however, the fit is not as snug as I would like. Also, it doesn't fit if wearing glasses; so can only use when wearing my contacts.

This is the only kind I buy now. It is almost like I’m not wearing it until that call comes in.

I was looking forward to using this as it had many great reviews. However it just performs ok. People on the other line complain that my voice is often cut off or sounds choppy. I think it may be due to the noise cancelation. It is also a bit thick behind the ear. It functions pretty well overall but i was wxpecting more given the price.

Good noise cancellation, I purchased one for my son who works in a noisy environment. After talking to him and hearing no back ground noise I purchased one for myself as well

Device was very easy to pair with my phone and performs better than expected. The noise cancelation works better than I thought it would. Even while driving with my windows down, the person on the other end could still hear me clearly but not the wind noise.

This is a great bluetooth earpiece. It syncs easily with cellphone. The handsfree answer is ok. Sometimes you haft to say answer a few times. But besides that its clear and good battery life also

wasn't sure if the bluetooth headunit was going to fit good in my ear or sound loud and enough for my work environment. It is a-m-a-z-i-n-g!!! You will not be disappointed with this buy. 5220 model
