Replaced a very old (10+ years) Plantronics headset that was still working great (including battery life), but rubber parts finally disintegrated. This is unit works well and has very good battery life. Voice commands are convenient.

Longer Bluetooth range better battery life. Clear reception. Easy to use, easier to recharge. Highly recommend. I have not yet figured out how to use the button. Touch features with my phone like the old one yet, but probably will learn how to soon.

I finally found something that works phenomenally for calls. I used a neckband style for the last year, and it just wasn't made for calls. With this, I've had nobody complain about their ability to hear me, even when I'm in a noisy place.

Love the Plantronics Headset for hands-free conversations. Comfortable and sound is clear. The only reservation is the charging flap...it seems like it might tear off easily.

I purchased this because of great reviews and it did not disappoint. easy to use and great call quality. most people say that it sounds better than talking into the actual phone.would/ will buy again.

This is more than a product review. It is on BB as well. I am one of the hi tech elect professionals - a seventy year old one. Only in the last few years have I returned. I am more and more impressed with the overall experience - the inventory and just plain nice employees. If they are treated well it translated to you a customer. As time goes on I will buy more and more as the store is 'FUN' I use a BT all day and this a wonderful product. I had a bad one and I waited 3 months to replace it as my experience has shown me the often come in batches. My guess it was a cracked voice coil. The new one is perfect. I had taken out the policy which is rare for me. The exchange was handles perfectly. I use it with the IP6s - lots of features and firmware via my phone. Very impressed overall with BB and it has been so for years now. Years earlier I had almost given up store retail.

I work in the construction industry and I am around a lot of noisy heavy equipment and drive a semi no one knows that I'm an equipment or driving the truck . I recommend this Bluetooth headset!

I love the size of this Bluetooth. I have tried multiple brands & this one works the best. Sometimes I have trouble connecting with my phone but the way it blocks outside noises is amazing.

Still working like new, holds a good charge. Great for people like me who hate holding a phone & prefer to talk hands free. No issues unless you get close to an operating microwave oven.

I have been using the Voyager for more than 4 years, physically wearing out 2. When I saw the new 5200, I expected abs upgrade. Instead I have been through 2 in six months. First one stopped talking and wouldn't stay connected. Thought it was an issue with the firmware upgrade and went back to Bedtbuy. They replaced it and now this one is doing the same thing, even without the upgrade to the firmware. Also randomly make the noise as if it's disconnecting, but you don't know if it did or didn't for about 5 seconds. Not nearly as reliable as the Voyager UC. I do like the new rechargeable case because it has a desktop holder and the new power levels are easily read for case and headset.

This Bluetooth connects easily and sounds great. I don't like the way that you have to wait for it to connect before you can start using text to talk. Other than that it's a great Bluetooth!

I have lost a few Voyagers over the years and tried other bluetooths and always come back to the Voyager because it works better than the rest. I highly recommend it for its performance and comfort!

Works great. I drive a semi and it's pretty loud in and around the truck but I have no problem hearing or being heard!!! The ear buds could be a little more comfortable, maybe memory foam,

They truly work well and are so clear and clean no static with these ones.. the one goodthing about this one is that only you only need that one that's it
