I absolutely love it I use it a lot during my phone calls. It is not heavy. Very easy setup and easy to use. It also blocks out the noises around you so that your conversation is heard clear

I like the headset. It has good sound and voice quality. A little bit uncomfortable and shorter battery life than I would have expected. But good quality

Works as stated. I really like the hands free function that allows me to answer phone calls without touching anything. The volume could be a little louder.

The headset I purchased works well and is comfortable to wear. I can easily take calls while performing other tasks. It came with a charging cable but you need your own device plug. It does charge quickly. I do recommend this product.

for the most part I can hear the other party clearly, but on some of my calls if I move or move my arm while sitting and talking they complain that I am cutting out. So, I have to try to sit still so that I don't cut out. So far, there doesn't seem to be a problem with me walking and talking

I love the clarity in these bluetooth and I like the wrap around the ear. The others tend to fall out of my ear

I am a CDL driver and I work around loud tractors and trailers and I can hear everything pretty well with the headset and my party on the other line can hear me good as well.

Fits very very well on the ear. Sound quality is excellent. Pairing is very smooth and easy Ergonomic design is excellent Price point is good... and there was a sale on the device! BestBuy folks are great too!

I can be in a hotel lobby with background music directly overhead and the person I'm talking to can't hear the noise. Same with strong outdoor wind. I bought my first 5220 a few years ago.

never was a fan of blue tooth headsets till i got this one.. good audio quality and can pair up to multiple devices at the same time.. really good for VOIP programs on your computer.

The sound is very clear on the headset. I wish it had the feature to press or tell to call but it doesn’t you have to go though the phone for that feature but it’s good

Best on the market for sound quality! Have used for last 7/8 years. Only complaint is it only last about a year then it starts falling apart or disconnects from phone.

I've tried a number of ear-buds, etc. I can use this outside in most conditions and people can hear me well. I use it on Dragon for dictating - FAR better than the piece of crap Dragon sells you for $30 more!

I used two smaller earpieces. People had a hard time hearing me. Not so with the plantronics 5220. I can talk with no one asking me to repeat what I said. This is a superior product that I enjoy using. Thanks Plantronics and Best Buy.

My glasses do not sit well on it. It bulky and the volume is low. The battery charges really fast and I get about 7 hours out of it.

This item works extremely well for voice calls. Very simple to pair, very clear on both ends of the call, and comfortable. Connects instantly when you turn it on, and auto answers so you don't need to keep it on constantly.

Easily my all time favorite for telephone conversations!
