Owning this headset has been a disappointing experience for me. I bought it for its microphone noise-canceling ability -- my office has an echo and I wanted to improve sound quality on the other end of the call. When it worked, it seemed to do that well, but it has issues. The battery life is terrible for such a large headset - half that of my Plantronics Explorer 50, which is half the size of the 5220. It won't go on standby if not in use; it just drains the battery until dead. And, the accessory charger stand for this headset charges so slow it can't keep up with the battery drain of the headset while it is turned on but not in use. I wear glasses, and the portion of the headset is so large it is never comfortable behind my ear. Now, after about half a year of use, those I'm talking to say they can barely hear me, so I have started the replacement process under warranty. To be honest, I think I would prefer it to be out of warranty so I could just throw it away. I'm back to using my trusty Explorer 50.

A pretty good headset. Really comes in handy especially when you don’t have a vehicle that doesn’t have Bluetooth for when you need to take or make calls and still be safe while driving.

This is my second unit, I dropped the old and broke it. The new unit does fit as well in ear even with changing the plastic ear bud. Still works every well and has a ton of features.

easy set up. I had the previous version which I lost, so purchasing this new one was an easy decision. the sound is amazing, and it looks so sleek. it sets itself up on my android, I am sure it does the same on other cell phones too. buy one now!

The unit seems to work well, but it is bulky and the earpiece is firm and can get uncomfortable. Otherwise, it stays on and in my ear well compared to many other models I have tried.

Great reception and clarity. Would prefer the power button on the side rather on the rear.

NOT BAD , SOUNDS GOOD , QUALITY GOOD , CONTROLS GOOD , ONLY PROBLEM I SEE WITH PHONE ON MY RIGHT SIDE , HEADSET ALSO ON RIGHT SIDE , SOMETIMES IT LOSES CONNECTION WITH THE PHONE .

I used it for 10 days and returned it. It needs more ear bud options. It does not stay secure on your ear. It sounded good while wearing it.

This device had the greatest mic out of any Bluetooth device I have used, and I have been through about ten different ones. The problem was with the speaker. As this device sits in your ear, you don’t get the best hearing as you would from an ear bud. As you turn up the volume, the sound begins to distort and becomes unclear and hard to understand. This may be just me, but it was enough to cause me to return it. Great item over all built with quality, but the speaker was a breaker for me.

I have purchased two of these headsets and they perform to its high advertised specifications! My friends can't even tell I am driving in my car with it on. Absolutely excellent noise cancelling specs. I am very pleased with this product!

Love this ear piece. I can listen to gps directions on Bluetooth while music plays for my passengers through the car. I also use this for conference calls at my day job. Love the features, the ergonomics and the clarity. Battery life is awesome.

Great quality earpiece. Very comfortable to wear and doesn't irritate your ear. The controls on the earpiece is very easy to use. I've own several and I'm very satisfied with it

Solid mono piece, the person on the other end was very impressed with sound quality. The ear bud piece didn't fit right in my ear so I was unable to hear the sound coming out .

I would recommend this device for anybody who wants a quality sound cancelling Bluetooth. I drive a big noisy truck and no one can even tell that I'm in my truck when I'm driving.

I bought this because I had a similar plantronics headset in the past and it was awesome. This thing rocks! It will answer calls just by putting it on and the battery life lasts all day for sales calls. It’s worth the extra buck!

I have been using this voyager 5220 headset for a good while now and I love it. It fits my ear perfect and the connections are always good. I can use my vacuum and the person on the other end never even hears it.

I have had several Plantronics ear pieces. All have been Great. like the fact it lets you know who is calling and can answer or ignore by just saying one or the other. Works very well while I'm driving in a 10 wheel loud truck, Good Sound.

This is the first time I have had to purchase a hands-free set. I could not ask for a better product easy to use and always reliable. I can hear clearly when talking on the set as well as no complaints from the people I talk to on the other end.
