Our company switched to Zoom phone services and we bought these for our front desk secretaries at multiple offices. The range is good, the product is easy to update as well. The only problem is if you use with a PC, you cannot answer a call with the headset. You'll have to buy an additional USB adapter to make this possible, so we ended up spending an additional $50 per headset for these adapters. In all, well worth the cost and our front desk staff is pleased as well.

Battery life is excellent, connects to the phone very well, and people on the receiving end of calls say it is very clear with little or no background noise. Would definitely recommend.

This item works well and there's no feedback or anything. There is however issues with it picking up when answering a call,this happens often. So far this is the only issue

This item is great. It's perfect for the office and for when you are on the go. Since I have purchased this item i have no need for any other bluetooth device

The unit is clear when you listen. When you can get into the ear far enough people hear you ok. It does not work well for me. The BB guy probably thought he was getting the correct product (my vehicle is noisy and I told him this) but I am not very satisfied. It just does not fit very well over my ear and I have tried all different ways to make it fit better and more comfortable. Over all not satisfied at all.

These are perfect. It reduces the surrounding noise. This is my 3rd pair.

So far the best hands free I’ve ever used, has good sound and noise cancel functions. Reacts well to voice commands.

I have tried many bluetooth headsets of all makes and models and have always been disappointed in one way or another. They sound great and I could be using them outside and the other party is not affected by the wind noise!

Love love love these they have a good quality and make life more safe bought them for my husband whom runs a wrecker and it makes it easy for him to answer with dirty hands

This is probably my 8th device I’m purchasing of the same product over a span of years.Sometimes you find an item that just suits you so. Clarity,long battery life good deal for the price.

Best Bluetooth I ever owned....But wish it came with other types of your gels even the smallest one doesn’t seem to fit in my ear and help hold the Bluetooth in place quite right probably an issue with my ears though

My job requires a bluetooth, and I definitely put them though brutal testing. Noise cancellation is great. Quality is on par with others in price range. Hopefully this one lasts longer than the competition.

I have plantronics voyager before and I like this products, thanks for make a good headset I like everything quality, the color sound is clear good for listening music

My husband is a truck driver and he absolutely loves this headset! He is completely hands free while driving and it blocks out all outside noise when he is on a phone call. This is the only headset he will buy from now on

Background noise is minimized, thus your listeners are not distracted by what's going on around you and I like how you can verbally command to "answer" or "ignore" incoming calls without having to tap on your phone or headset.

Purchased to use in place of car Bluetooth. It is much quieter for the person I am calling. Easy to use, comfortable to wear and appreciate the ability to simply say “answer” when a call comes in.

Great clarity and no background noise but doesn't work well if you have glasses. The base is to big and has a tendency to fall off your ear. Otherwise is a good device.

The earpiece is really nice, great sound as reported to me by my wife and others but the real story is the great earpieces I think it comes with 3 or 4 different sizes.

Has the best sound quality. I've used this product for years and have been very happy with it.

I tried many other brands but this is the best by far. Comfort, audio clarity, functionality, and the secure fit around the ear top the list. I wear it most of the day and I am so used to it, I forget that it's on mr ear.
