The reception is pretty clear and I like the mute button. The fit can be problematic if its not placed in your ear properly. For the most part I like my purchase and I would recommend it.

The quality of sound and the reliability of the sensors are very good. The Windows software and the Android app have the exact same functions to setup your Bluetooth headset. A vast improvement from my previously owned Plantronics Voyager.

This si my 5th one. I love how easy it is to use and set up and even when working outside and sweating it does not fall off of my ear. Stays in place and is very comfortable and it monitors 2 different cell phones at the same time.

I use this headset with my work phone and personal phone. I love that it as easy to mute and cancels out noise when driving. I have been asked several times if I am in my office while driving. That's how good it is!!

I love this headset. It is a solid performer. Really good mics and sound quality. Not the best for music but talking is its strength. I can cut the lawn and the person on the other side can't hear the lawnmower.

Our company switched to Zoom phone services and we bought these for our front desk secretaries at multiple offices. The range is good, the product is easy to update as well. The only problem is if you use with a PC, you cannot answer a call with the headset. You'll have to buy an additional USB adapter to make this possible, so we ended up spending an additional $50 per headset for these adapters. In all, well worth the cost and our front desk staff is pleased as well.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and I needed a bluetooth headset so I wouldn't have to hold the phone to my ear for conversation. Apple has airpods but nothing for galaxy users. I did some research and ran across these. I was skeptical being that it looked so big via the pic and obvious in your ear. I figured if I didn't like the headset I can always bring it back. Once I started using it I fell in love with it. It is super convenient and doesn't bother me with it being in my ear. It can tell when you have it on, you can answer calls from it, it tells you who is calling etc. I use it all the time and I am very happy I made this purchase. Most importantly I haven't had any complains from people saying they couldn't hear me when we talk.

I purchased this to replace a previous model and this is quite an upgrade in quality. Good talk time and distance from the bluetooth device and the noise canceling from wind is an advantage as well.

I bought this for the clarity it is a little bulky! It disconnects unexpectedly could be my phone! I do like it and has good clarity I can hear really well!!
