It’s the most comfortable blue tooth but doesn’t last BUT I put the extended warranty and they always come through to honor the warranty

The earpiece is really nice, great sound as reported to me by my wife and others but the real story is the great earpieces I think it comes with 3 or 4 different sizes.

Lighter and easy to use...easy voice that speaks to you..only downside reset often.

These are great. this is the third one I have owned, they seem to last about 2 or 3 years. But they are clear and stay connected.

I have tried so many headsets and none have ever fit my ear as well as this one! When I am out for a walk and talk on it - no one hears wind or additional outside noise....I would recommend it to everyone.

This Bluetooth headset exceeded my expectations and not only has clear sound quality for calls but allows you to hook up more than one Bluetooth device and use it for music as well definitely a great purchase

Like the product and like that the charger went back to old charging port. Good sound and works better than last model but still will disconnect sometimes for no reason.

Has great noise cancelling feature, volume quality is very good. Disappointed that it didn't come with a case nor did they make it available like Amazon

I’ve used Plantronics (Poly) for years and love their headsets. Great build and sound quality. I would recommend any business user to get this headset.

This is a very cute unit, however it did not work well for the purpose I purchased it for. I had issues connecting the unit (via Bluetooth) to my PC/Desktop computer. I purchased the unit so as to use with my ring central software to make work calls however I had trouble hearing the person on the line. I understand this unit is better used with a cell phone as a hands free tool. Unit is sleek and elegant and looks sturdy. Wish it would have worked for me.

No background noise..clear audio at the other end ..must have for all the professionals spending their work time on calls for meetings n so on..rest of the team on call would appreciate this in every sense.

A very convenient Bluetooth, adapts so we’ll that you do not realize that you’re carrying in the ear, the communication is very clear and with minimal interference, easy to use in iPhone and iPad, I just love it.

GREAT HEADSET, DOESN'T WORK WITH Cisco JABBER! Plantronics Hub won't even recognize this devices as connected. If you need this headset to work with Cisco Jabber, especially if you need the answer call button feature, you need to buy the "UC" version of this headset that comes with a charging case and the USB receiver. Again, this works great for most Bluetooth headset stuff, connects to 2 devices at a time + long range. But if you need this to work with Jabber (to answer calls using the answer button), you need to buy the more expensive (UC) version of this headset.

This works great voice is easy to hear and easy to charge . I like it. Ear pads are great to size . One has a choice

The overall quality feels and looks great, the range not so much. I have an office in house and if I turn the corner it loses quality until the point that I have to either discontinue the call or return.

I admit, this thing is ugly, however when it comes to sound quality and ease of use, this is the best one available. This is the one o recommend to everyone. Easy to pair, comfortable to wear, and it simply works well.

I love everything about this Bluetooth headset. From the sound quality to the styling. One thing I don’t like is they never have the correct earbud size for me.
