It connect seamlessly, however it only has 5 hours talk time. Sound is good and clients state I sound clear.

I had a different Plantronics bluetooth until I broke it. Apparently it's been discontinued so I got this one... It is a bit bulky but the sound and ease of use are fabulous. I will continue to use Plantronic products

Good product. Only concern is how the earpiece fits in ear. Takes a bit of manipulation for proper seating. Once positioned properly great audio and intuitive.

This headset is clear when transmitting and receiving. I can link it to my phone and other Bluetooth capable VOIP Phones and devices. It is the best I have ever owned, and I have owned many!

I have not missed a call since my purchase, stays on, take it anywhere. Works great even when I go shopping. And the person on the other can hear me and I can hear them. Fantastic.....

Sound seems to go up and down to listener. Otherwise works well.

My husband who is a truck driver needed a Bluetooth that would work well while driving his big rig and all of the noise. This is his 2nd one and he loves it people can hear him clearly while he is driving.

I love there sound quality and how your able a just say Answer if you want to answer it or ignore if you don’t want to answer it.

I have had various Plantronics headsets and other brands but always find myself going back to the voyager series for the call clarity. Love the Legend and the charging cases but this 5200 series blows it away as far as wind noise cancelation. Twenty plus MPH on my bike and the caller does not even notice any wind noise. I sometimes have problems answering a call with the voice and button options. Why would it go into pairing mode when I push the button to answer the call? Also I saw some complaint about the ear fit but this one fits me better than previous models. I may have a smaller ear than other people.

In my opinion this is the best Bluetooth headset on the market its definitely not the cheapest but for sound for you & person your talking to absolutely perfect!

The best Bluetooth for Android phones. Remove all backgrounds noise. I give this Bluetooth a A+

Love it. I've had them before worked good for me while trucking. After retiring I bought a reconditioned one, finally gave out. This is best one so far.
