It does suffer from an issue if you connect it to two devices at once. It does claim it can connect to two phones at once but in my experience it suffered greatly from that. One phone it works flawless but when you try to connect it to two phones at a time it constantly connects and disconnects from one or the other or sometimes even both rendering it useless for high volume of calls. 4 star rating for this because despite this issue its a solid performer and has a lot of accessories etc.

Was looking for a Bluetooth headset that works well with an iPhone or Apple product... Which can be a challenge. But this earpiece does the job!

after 4 other BT earbuds, this is the BEST for actual phone use. Everyone comments my microphone quality is EXCELLENT. I hear well. I bought this for actual phone calls, not music quality

This was for my husband and he loves it it doesn't drop call's like the last one he had and he is now up north hunting and his calls are so clear

I recently had a car accident where the offenders vehicle caught fire. This was lost at the scene. Unfortunately the plan doesn't cover loss. I felt it merited buying again. It's a great device.

Clear calls, easy to use I don't get a lot of the background sounds when talking. I needed this to keep my hands free when walking with my 3 year old twins. It works well for my needs.

This is an amazing bluetooth however to truly get the best use if it you must get the charger case off Amazon for 35.00.

Battery life is not as good as it used to be. It used to give 7 hours, now it is only 6 hours.

I bought this because I didn't want to worry about losing that little ball thing. I really love this. I don't think I quite understand how to use it because in the middle of a conversation will cut off though it shows it's still connected and the person can be heard on my phone but not through this. But my friends can hear me with the grand wind we have here. All in all I am very please.

Perfect for work. I don’t have to bother with the over the head bulky headset provided by my employer. Clear sound and easy to use.

I have used Plantronics for several years and find them to be a very good Blue Tooth and this new one is much better than the four HD models I have had in the last years... GL

full charge gives around 8 hours. easy set up to cell phone. excellent volume control. If you are hard of hearing or the speaker on your cell phone does not cut it , this a great product .

It's a decent item, so far fairly problem free. Good if you need an earpiece that doesn't have a ton of bells and whistles.

The sound, quality and look is great. My husband has had his replaced because it was time before the warranty ran out, but he loves it.

Excellent fit, sound, and connection. Using with galaxy A2. Much easier to use than some ear bud style. Only a couple buttons.

As with all of Plantronics headsets, the 5220 looks great, is high quality, and the sound is really good. It is slightly better than the Legend HD, and responsive to soft speaking. However, do not expect the battery to last as long as the older models. I often could get less than 2 hours of talk time out of it. I am guessing something may have been wrong with mine, but I ended up returning it, as I need it to keep up with me all day long.

This is an excellent headset. It pairs well with multiple IOS devices, switches between them well and the battery lasts a decent amount of time. Connect and disconnect time is excellent.
