Questionable QC checks will sometimes render you a bad product. The first Plantronics Bluetooth I bought was a dud, and didn’t do half the things advertised on the box. Firmware update didn’t help; I exchanged it for another. The second Bluetooth /works/ as it should. It announces who’s calling, by name (provided you have the the caller’s name saved in your phone already) otherwise it’ll just say “incoming call”. Also love the ‘answer/ignore’ feature. Well constructed and so far I have absolutely no complaints. It’s been over five months of ownership. Will update if any issues arise.

Call quality is amazing
