This is my third headset from Plantronics in the Voyager legend series. With the increase in price it now comes with a car charger. Pros: you can now charge different ways, same light weight and very comfortable feel, great noice canceling, dual pairing options. Cons: bad sound quality when streaming with call enabled, turn off call and sound quality is night and day better but why? Volume has improved but which it was a little louder.

Loved this to replace my broken one from work. Sound is great and mic quality is good. I only wish the 3ar pieces didn't hurt my ear lol. Connection to laptop was easy and the app is super easy to use as well

I have mixed reviews for this item, I am a trucker and I’m in a heavy noise area all day. Bought this on a whim and at first it was awesome, then about 2 weeks in the battery life went terrible for some reason. Had to alternate between headsets daily. But it is lightweight which I loved and noise cancelation was great considering the size of this. I would recommend it. But blue parrot will always be the goat I guess in trucking.

Device works great the noice canceling is amazing but the ear fit could be a little better overall it’s comfortable and the battery life is good.

This headset is comfortable because it doesn't have to be pushed tightly into your ear to be secure without falling off your ear. People say they hear me very well because it has 4 noise-canceling microphones. I've only used it inside though. The sound quality on my end is great too. And I like that it has a mute button.

Nice ubit comfortable to wear all day. Ear cushons sometimes slip off long lasting charging power. Great ubit to have

Good sound quality. Light weight so you almost forget that it’s in your ear. Can be used right or left. Battery lasts as stated for 6 hours of talk time but charges quickly

I've owned 3 of these. The 1st, a Legend model, just wore out after 4 yrs of continued daily use. 4YEARS! The second, this model, I broke rough housing with my kids and it still functioned daily for over a year after. This is my third unit and I am still impressed with sound quality everytime I answer or make a call! I spend a lot of time on the road and I can hear clearly, and with the noise cancelling ability of this unit my customers hear me clearly to. Wind or road noise is virtually non existent. Battery life is adequate for a full day of use and many times 2+ days dependending on call volume and talk times. Longer when I'm not speaking on the phone! This is the BEST unit I have used and I've tried alot of them. Yes it's on the pricey side, but in my experience with these, you get what you pay for. In this case, MORE! This is an exceptional headset .

Excellent sound quality and noise cancellation..great battery life also and very comfortable in my ear and the addition of micro usb charging over that magnetic charger was a welcomed relief!

This is my 2nd Voyager 5220 The first one would not download my contacts. It is totally hands free allowing you to accept or deny a call verbally. The caller I.D. and noise cancellation work most of the time. The battery life is very good and the remaining percentage is also announced when you put the headset on. It does loose my phone connection at times...frustrating. Very bulky and way too expensive. I am going back to the Legend.

Comfortable. Consistant connection. Clear sound for the caller and for me. Battery lasts weeks, it seems with intermittent use. I also bought the charging case elsewhere, becasue Best Buy did not have it.

Best Bluetooth yet so far that I have ever had. Love the noise canceling for my calls. I wish the battery life last longer

I have used the voyager 5200 from when they 1st came out by far the best on the market. Nothing comes close to sound quality, battery life or ease to use.

Pretty good sound quality. Volume is a little low and fit in the ear is a little lose. But I have had 3 or more of these.

PROS (1): LOUD as S&#T! CON(S): Battery life is very wack, @ 5-6 hours max. But why? This thing is big. And, the bendy and "rubbery" arm always tears/breaks and thus it needs glue. Noise reduction on the boom mic is not good. Quirk: the main play/pause button on boom automatically "presses itself" watching YouTubes. So WHY buy then? Because this thing is LOUD- easily enough for an airplane cabin or a truck. Just comfortable enough to wear daily. I buy about one per year.

Not only does it have the best sound quality, and I've tried dozens, it lasts for years if handled properly. And it is so comfortable, I forget I'm wearing it! Excellent battery life, as well! Well worth the investment!

Very light weight . Fast charging. Clear sound not bulky on the ear. Music sounds great coming through sound wise.

I have tried about 10 different headsets---I have slight hearing loss due to numerous issues so I love the Plantronics 5200 best. Been using this brand and model for 5 plus years. Lost one unit and was told by a Best Buy employee that that model was no longer sold (HOWEVER I SAW TWO ON THE PEG BOARD HOOK THE OTHER DAY) The 5220 has a longer range of connection if your phone is not on your person. I keep two at all times due that the phone will run for at least two days but 7 hours talk time on unit It is comfortable, works as advertised, and recommend it for iPhone or Android
