I like it but, I have a hard time keeping it on my ear. It's not like other bluetooths i've had and my other problem is, I can't get it to sit comfortable in my ear. I have the smallest piece on and it still doesn't fit.

Very clear when talking on the phone. It can get a little uncomfortable after a while but you get used to it after a couple calls.

For my purposes, I love this over the earbuds that keep falling out of my ears. This on stays in. I can hear fine on it. Very happy with it.

This earpiece has great styling and functionality. Plantronic has accomplished the best of both worlds with this device. Easy to use great sound inside or outside.

Great clear headphones love it, can’t leave home without it. Have all the features and good got work and play .

Excellent, but doesn't feel good if you wear glasses... The battery is really good. Voice clarity is excellent. Highly recommended!

This is far the best bluetooth I've had. The calls are clear, background noise reduction is excellent.I would recommend this to anyone wanting a bluetooth that works.

This product, I did not the brand, but was recommend since it is very clear to talk when you are with too much noise. The same as well when you got to hear.

I've owned several bluetooth headsets, and until I had a phone that would not work with a less expensive headset, a Plantronics Voyager was recommended. I didn't think I wanted to pay twice as much for it, but, I needed a headset that would work with my phone. It turned out to be far and away, much better than any headset I had owned previously. I used it for several years, and it was durable and functional until I dropped and stepped on it for the second time. I replaced it with a headset just like it, and this one is just as good, maybe even a bit better reception. I bought both at Best Buy.

The best thing i have bought in a long time. Crystal clear on hearing and the receiving ends. Swear by theis product! Will be buying another one for my husband

I have had several different types of bluetooths and this on is so much better than all others I have had. I would recommend this bluetooth to anyone.

Works well but im probably exchanging it for the dame thing bc when i turn it off and on it lets you know but sometimes it doesnt even tho it still turns off and on. Good product bc i needed somethong smalller than my trucker hradset!

Using Voyager versions for 3+yrs and most reliable, in my opinion than some of the other ones sold. Granted, newer ones that I tried have the benefit of smaller size, but quality hasn't been comparable to this one. Likewise, bought the charging cases for the pair of voyagers I have and last forever (unless you store in pocket). Only suggestion is to not fold and put in your pocket for actual ear piece connection isn't super strong plastic and can snap. Not saying cheap product, just saying that I pushed the limits for like 8 months and it broke off, hence this purchase of a new one.

Previous version was already great, however some how it was updated & made even better. You can personalize it, update over Bluetooth & it even has a location function

I love this bluetooth that has alexis and plenty other great features. One probkem is after 6 monthsvthey go bad

Clear and crisp call volume. Comfortable in my ear. It has 3 different ear bud sizes for most comfortable fit. I would recommend this to anyone

Bought this as a Christmas present for my son to replace his Bose headset. He is thrilled with Plantronix. He said it is even better than his broken Bose.

Luv the plantronics line. This is my 4th time buying their product as it is reliable & sound quality is great.
