The cover for the USB port is cumbersome and wasn't worth keeping on the unit as it kept getting in the way. It appears to have the magnetic charging ability yet they don't provide a charger for that so that's kind of a waste. I honestly wouldn't spend the extra money again on this supposedly upgraded version

Excellent voice clarity and no more complaints from others regarding choppy audio on my end. Excellent range as well. My only complaint is the charging dock does not come with it even though it is in the images in the product description. You can still charge it via the cord that comes with it, but that is not as convenient on my desk.
