I have been using it over a year. has been working great. yesterday had problem with power switch. had to flick on and off a couple of times to get it to stay on... called support, they confirmed and apologized that it failed… they emailed a packing slip, and when I arrived at work next day to ship it out, sitting at my desk was the replacement they sent to me over night FedEx that I was not expecting but appreciated… I have had video card and hard drive companies want a credit card number for advance replacement, and they did not mention they would be advance shipping the replacement.

Can hear conversation when bike riding. Buttons a challenge to locate. Wish it were voice controlled And read out texts

I have been a long time fan of the Plantronics Bluetooth earpieces. The first few models of the voyager lineup are still some of my favorite. The Legend seemed to have Plantronics steering the ship in the wrong direction. However, with the new update, the Voyager 5220 is nearly on par with my older voyager fav. The microphone and features actually improve upon the older voyagers and without the major issues experienced with the voyager legend. Overall very happy with the earpiece.

The Plantronics 5220 is the best Bluetooth headset choice for my store. It is multi-phone capable and has great reception, noise reduction and comfort.

This headset is owner friendly to use. This headset is the only one that takes out all the noise from my tractor when I'm driving. The best headset I've ever tried.

Lost first Voyager. Picked up new model. Great sound quality. I prefer to remove plastic around earpiece as it can be an irritant . Sound quality is fine without plastic.

Wanted a wireless Bluetooth. A great item once you get your ear adjusted to it.

Easily paired devices, clear sound is heard through earpiece. Others hear a clear sound even in windy conditions. They can't tell that I am using a blue tooth device.

I couldn't be happier. This is my third headset from Plantronics, and they keep getting lighter, clearer, and better looking.

Bought this for my Dad who had a stroke and handling a phone is difficult for him as he can not see the screen well. The microphone wand could really be longer for him as his voice is weak. When he puts his hand over the microphone I can hear him much better. The ear piece fits well for him. He had an earlier version that had voice activation to answer a call or call back a call. This version does not. Also there is no plug for the wall - only a USB cord.

I like the Voyager for three main reasons, it stays secure in and on my ear, the sound is excellent and people cannot tell that you are on a Bluetooth device.

my only complaint is that it doesn't fit as snug to my ear as I would like. Otherwise its a good product.

I have tried using this in a few different scenarios, so far they all work great. Seems comfortable but only have worn it for 1/2 hr. straight.

I have used a lot of headsets, this one I have lived using. I have left my office to get something from my car outside and didn’t loose my call!!!

I have one, have used this style for over 20 years. Hate holding phone to ear. Head set much easier.
