The cover for the USB port is cumbersome and wasn't worth keeping on the unit as it kept getting in the way. It appears to have the magnetic charging ability yet they don't provide a charger for that so that's kind of a waste. I honestly wouldn't spend the extra money again on this supposedly upgraded version

Good luck trying to get it to sit well in/on your ear. Tried all three size settings and the same problem remains. My ear is pretty average in size. Still deciding if the quality of the sound outweighs the discomfort. So many others I have tried have the opposite issue (bad sound, good fit).

These headsets are designed to fit the vast majority of ear shapes and sizes; however, we do know that one size may not fit all and if you find the product too uncomfortable for normal use we strongly recommend that you consider using a headset with a different wearing style.
