Without going into crazy detail, the headset is good…when it wants to be. I connect with my iPhone 14 Pro Max and when I’m stationery and the phone is on my desk, the connection is solid and my conversation is clear on both receiving ends. When I start moving around the Bluetooth connection disconnects and reconnects infrequently and is incredibly frustrating. I’m not sure why this happens but is a nuisance on important calls. I would recommend it overall but only because the cost is justified. If it was $20 or more over current price it would not be worth it.

I'm a mobile pet groomer which means my hands are always occupied either grooming a pet or driving to my next appointment so the voice control on this headset is key. I also use it constantly for talk to text and talk to email and it works amazing. I have very small ears and usually have problems with ear buds being too big and uncomfortable for me but I wear this headset 12 hours a day and don't even feel it. It's so lightweight it's like it's not even there. I read reviews on 5-6 different headsets of various brands before purchasing this one and I can't believe there are any bad reviews on it, that's how much I love it. Battery life is also unbelievable and when it gets low just charging for 15 minutes gives me another couple hours of talk time. Set up was also a cinch. You won't be sorry purchasing this headset!

This is my 2nd voyager but first of the addition. I wash my older one in the laundry a few time as to why I have another one. But this work great. It’s a must have. Lite weight barely know it’s there. Great sound and comfortable

This earpiece is amazing. I can hear clearly. It is very comfortable. Charge lasts all day for me. Can leave my phone in one room and it still works in the next room.

This Bluetooth has the best sound w/ no noise BUT it is difficult to keep on my ear, AND it wears out in just under a year & actually snaps in two!! My husband & I both use this, & it has happened to the past three!I. Mine broke 4 days after my protection contract expired! Aa1

Awesome product that is sleek and professional, very light you can’t even feel it on your ear. Clear crisp calls with no background noise and the battery lasts a good time and it charges super fast!

I bought this headset but I ended up returning it because it didn't fit good on my ears, it have great audio, but it was a little bit too bulky for me. You might like it, but it wasn't for me.

Well this is my second time buying this device. The first one lasted me about 2 months and got it replaced with zero issues from the plantronics company and that warranty replacement unit lasted me 2 years before the battery went bad and the charging port little prongs no longer made proper contact with the charging cable. I feel like that was a well worth it purchase as I used that Bluetooth daily for 12 hours a day 6 days a week. Now let's talk about this new one I am reviewing today, the Bluetooth looks the same but now has Amazon Alexa integrated with it. I use Google at home and don't use Bixby on my note 9 or Google with this device. As for sound quality, I do feel like it degraded over my old version of this Bluetooth. The bass was reduced and I feel like the max volume was also reduced to like 75% volume at max, I think this was done by the factory to support a more accurate battery life. As for real battery life, I get about 6 hours at most but thats excellent to me for my constant use of it. I rely on this Bluetooth and made it fully part of my daily life, weather I am at work, driving home or to work or at home, this Bluetooth is always on my left ear ready to take calls or simply watch some youtube videos with it on. The 4 star rating is for the sound quality only. People can still hear me clearly over their end of the call so that let's me know that the HD calling feature really does work to make my voice more clear over the phone. I would highly recommend this Bluetooth over any other because of its quality when it comes to phone calls. Also the warranty is pretty legit and was hassle free for me when I needed plantronics assistance, by my surprise they were actually there. It seems they take pride in their customer service so hopefully if I need them again for this Bluetooth, they will hopefully be there again for me too.

This is my 4th Plantronics - Voyager Bluetooth. I also own the Apple IPODS but I find the Voyager Bluetooth more comfortable and the charge last longer. The Voyager also has features I don't think the Apple IPODS offer or I've never been able to figure out how to use. The Voyager announces the caller and gives you the option to say "answer" or "decline". I have not figured out how to answer a call with the IPODS without actually sliding the accept on the IPHONE. I admit the IPODS are not as cumbersome looking but again the comfort and the convent answering of the phone is more important to me than the looks.

I use this bluetooth daily and it works great and the sound quality is excellent. I have never had any complaints from my customers. It is comfortable to wear and holds a charge well.

Very easy to charge the battery and the Battery last a long time. Very light weight and it fits really nice around your ear. This blue tooth has great clarity and the other person hears you very well with no static at all.

Love, love my Bluetooth. Use it for walking and working around the house while multitasking. Great sound with clarity.

I have owned many bluetooth headsets. My favorite was always a BOSE one. It finally broke after about 5 years, and they don't seem to make them anymore. After reading LOTS of reviews and talking to many people, I settled on this one. So far I love it! Although, I wouldn't have it without buying the carrying case. The case is the only protection the headset has., as it doesn't come with any case. The case also serves as a charger. I am on the phone for 5+ hours a day with work and this has stood up beautifully. Between calls, I can put it in the case and it is charged up when I go to use it the next time. Highly recommend! So far the information from people I have talked to on the phone is that they can't hear background noise, and it comes across very clear.

I have had the Plantronics Legend for several years and it has finally started having issues with connectivity (works great for music but switches off and on during calls) so I treated myself to the plantronics voyager 5220 and am very happy with it! Connectivity is great and still has an amazing sound! Find this type much more comfortable than other styles. I tried the Bose soundsport, great sound but just couldn’t believe how large the ear buds were, tried the apple air pods, which I loved all the features and how simple the commands were with my iPhone but didn’t like the way they felt in my ear, so I returned them and went with my first style Bluetooth, the Plantronics. I love it and will stick with this style!!!

This headset is quick to charge, excellent clarity, great mic. It also pairs immediately. People who take my phone calls say that it is as if I'm speaking directly into the phone. I have had other Plantronic products in the past, and they have all been consistently good. My current wireless earbuds are a Plantronics backbeats product. I have bought many of similar products from other makes, and have never been satisfied. Now, with two Plantronics products that I use virtually every day, I can say that I am perfectly satisfied with the quality, build and sound of this product and my other Plantronics. products

Headset is confortable to wear , but with glasses you will have some issues. Battery very good talk time and charge time. Speaker and microphone good quality.

I use this item while operating a tractor-trailer over the road. The unit works well and has a long battery life. My only wish is that I would like the earpiece volume to go a little higher. For normal usage it works great. But there are times in the cavernous truck, with wind and road noise, that I have a difficult time hearing the person speaking to me. On the up side, it has a noise cancelling mic that works very well. No one on the other end ever complains of background noise or not being able to hear me speak.
