||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I allready had plantronics which was beat to heck it stopped charging , which didn't surprise me after two years , which was my second plantronics so that should tell you something right their I have liked the plantronics for over five years so it is no surprise the first blue tooth I looked at was the plantronics Voyager 5220 , I was told by the best buy service person it had new options & all the old options were up graded I fond this to be all truth .

Feels chubby, works great

Occasionally it randomly drops connectivity to one phone or another for no obvious reason (not when on a call), not sure if its a Plantronics or an iPhone issue. Have had previous versions of the same product line which were nearly identical but this one feels a bit chunkier behind my ear and doesn't seem to have any additional battery life for the size. Could be a perception issue on my end.
