my last one lasted three and a half years using six days a week, great device

Very lightweight and compact. Doesn't really have the noise cancellation like older models

This blue tooth is perfect for the price it is. It is real clear and easy to operate. The battery life is really good.

Work great 20 to 25 feet was all you get from your phone. Then it starts to loose connection. It last about a year and a half then the rubber around your ear will break. Then it’s not long it stops working. If you choose to buy one get the replacement insurance. You can get a new one. Then it will be a year and half before you have to purchase a new one.

Good product. Sounds good. Not a good or comfortable fit around ear.

Good sound, never a problem hearing on the other end with minimal outside noise. Love the ergonomics that allow it to be rotated for wear in each ear.

If you use hands free a lot, this product may not be the best selection for you. When battery life gets to less than 50% it will drop connection intermittently. If you can charge it when it starts getting low than your fine

I bought this because I had several of them when they were Plantronics products. They were great then. Now sounds is tinny and volume is marginal.

I've had this before (until it wore out) only one I will buy, don't even feel it on and works great

for the most part I can hear the other party clearly, but on some of my calls if I move or move my arm while sitting and talking they complain that I am cutting out. So, I have to try to sit still so that I don't cut out. So far, there doesn't seem to be a problem with me walking and talking

Easy to pair and easy to use. I was initially challenged because I didn't realize the charging device included in the purchase was an adapter for the car and not for the home or office. The saving grace in this matter was that I was able to use an adapter from another device. The moral of this adventure for me is I will always ask staff to confirm I have the appropriate charging device.

We bought this for my husband and he's been through a lot of Bluetooth's in the past few years but this one seems to do the best Overall so far.

The reduction in wind noise is phenomenal and the clarity both for user and listener on other end of call is far better than the previous model.

Good head set with noise cancellation and incoming call recognition. Also able to accept or decline calls hands free.

This headset has it all going for it. Great sound, noise cancelling outstanding and best reception for the person called.

Right out of the box the headset is partially charged so you can pair it with your device and get used to the functionality. The form and fit are wonderful — flexible enough to comfortably fit your ear. All buttons are easily accessible while wearing. Pairing happeneed in 30 seconds. The voice commands were clear and it could understand my voice easily as well. Much better than the Voice Recognition system in my car! The user manual is comprehensive and logically written. Love the super high quality!!! Great job Plantronics!!

I have used Plantronics for years and had to buy a replacement for one I lost and this is a an upgrade to what I replaced. Very happy with it.
