Great earpiece!

The functions are easy to use and it is comfortable on the ear. Overall a good product. This is an upgrade from my old one because the old one had a magnetic charger which didn’t hold the piece well. This one has a charger that plugs right into the earpiece and has a usb on the other end.

Good option but has flaws

Clarity and quality of the call on both ends is great. I love theover the ear setup. The bad- Bluetooth drops a lot, and I mean a lot. I've been considering taking it back and exchanging it. It's super annoying. This latest rendition isn't as reliable as my past models. :(
