The form and fit are wonderful — flexible enough to comfortably fit your ear. All buttons are easily accessible while wearing. Pairing happeneed in 30 seconds. The voice commands were clear and it could understand my voice easily as well. Much better than the Voice Recognition system in my car! The user manual is comprehensive and logically written. Love the super high quality!!! Great job Plantronics!!

Great all day ear piece
