this bluetooth headset has very clear sound and minimal background noise, even when talking to my husband driving his truck.

I bought this for my husband. We set it up in the store and it took about 20 minutes to do so. It took so long because the salesclerk had a hard time finding the pairing button. Once it got paired it took him a little time to get used to the new device. I believe he does like it now.

I have been searching for a blue tooth that would be comfortable and efficient. This fits both. Sometimes I forget I am even wearing it.

Excellent product have ad many and this is the best, it dose have flaws especially if it gets wet.

The function of this headset is excellent, it reconnects up itself and the range is remarkable. The battery life isn't bad, 7hrs., and it charges up very quickly. It isn't very loud though, in very noisy areas it is difficult to hear anything clearly. It does hurt the back of my ear after wearing it for a couple of hours, but it's really easy to change it over to your other ear. Overall, so far, I do like it.

Over the ear gets in the way of glasses but the features and functionality make it worth getting. I bought one for myself then two more as gifts.

The calls come through with great clarity. The functions are easy to use and it is comfortable on the ear. Overall a good product. This is an upgrade from my old one because the old one had a magnetic charger which didn’t hold the piece well. This one has a charger that plugs right into the earpiece and has a usb on the other end.

I bought this Bluetooth device not sure what to expect. To my surprise it fulfilled every expectation that I had. Great for personal and business use.

Easy to pair and easy to use. I was initially challenged because I didn't realize the charging device included in the purchase was an adapter for the car and not for the home or office. The saving grace in this matter was that I was able to use an adapter from another device. The moral of this adventure for me is I will always ask staff to confirm I have the appropriate charging device.

This is a well-fitting headset that is sweat proof, a huge bonus for those of us who use it whilst working outside in the summer. It has a full 6 hours of talk time at full charge, 50% more than the Motorola headset I replaced. The available charging case (see separate review) is really useful and makes this the most functional headset I've owned thus far. Price point is a bit higher, but the quality is there to justify it. I'm happy with my purchase.

I had a Plantronics Bluetooth once before, and I loved it. This product works excellent in the two catagories I require. One, there is great noise reduction, and two, the volume is perfect at the midrange setting. I would recommend the Plantronics line to anyone looking for a product that actually works. Definitely, if you are accustomed to using cheaper brands, and having friends complain about all the background noise on your end of the conversation .
