They've improved this unit w/better audio functions, both receiving & sending. Still a solid unit. Old one wouldn't hold a charge after 5 yrs.

These are one of the best Bluetooth out there. By comparison... sound, talk, as well as it's functions.

Very lightweight and compact. Doesn't really have the noise cancellation like older models

This is the sencond one that I have purchased. The first one apparently tasted good and my dog ate it. lol It's very comfortable and reliable.

I have tried other brands but I always come back to plantronics. The quality and sound can't be beat.

I love this headset, however, it is a little bulky around your ear. I like the Apple Airpods Pro instead.

I was having trouble with headsets staying in my ear until i found the voyager. I also love that it works perfectly with my Samsung Gear 2 watch.

I haven’t had any problems with this one. Some of them work fine for a week or two and then they don’t connect good

I had this brand Bluetooth before. My dog destroyed it, so I bought a cheap brand- big mistake! I have now returned to this superior quality brand!!

I have had no issues. Works as it states it would. The sound is great. Love the feature where is states the caller and there number.

Leagues ahead of other headsets. Clear sound. People on the other end of calls do not hear wind or car noise or any type of background.

I purchased late afternoon the day before I left town for a week. Charged it fully and pairing was extremely easy. Had no occasion to use until after landing at my destination and every call I made, I had terrible static and interference in the headset. The person on the other end of the call heard it also. After two days of trying to use, removing, repairing, pairing with another phone, etc. I gave up and purchased something else so that I could adequately communicate while on vacation. When I returned home, I took it back to Best Buy and they offered me the option of replacing or returning. Since I'd already bought another headset, I returned. Based on the research I did and the review I read, I inclined to believe I just received a bad device and that a replacement would probably have performed adequately. Having had previous good experiences with Plantronics products, this experience would not prevent me from buying Plantronics in the future. I also would like to commend Best Buy for being willing to replace or return to ensure I was satisfied.
