I don't know what the issue is yet. But it has been very inconsistent. Good battery life and it is easy to use. I have a co-worker who has a less expensive Plantronics device and his device works better than mine.

We are sorry to hear about your experience with the Voyager 5220, as a general step, please try the following: Completely unpair the headset from your phone., power off and on both devices, press and hold the black call button for 6 seconds (let go once you hear pairing or see a flashing red/blue LED), scan and connect.
