We set it up in the store and it took about 20 minutes to do so. It took so long because the salesclerk had a hard time finding the pairing button. Once it got paired it took him a little time to get used to the new device. I believe he does like it now.

Very Good But Loud

The connection is very clear and I love the caller ID. My only issue is the headset is very loud even when the volume is set to minimum. I can hear every background sound from the person on the other end of the conversation. Would be excellent if you were a little hard of hearing.

If the volume is too loud we recommend that you install our Hub app for iOS/Android and ensure your headset's firmware is up to date. We also recommend that you try lowering the phone's volume while you're using the headset since this can make a big difference on how you hear other people.
