Extremely comfortable and sounds excellent. Unfortunately this version leaves the listener frequently telling me I am inaudible. I am returning for a second try

My only complaint is it's a little big so have to really work to tuck it behind my ear (maybe I have small ears?) and even with the small earpiece it still hurts my inner ear a little.

Doesn't last more than 2 years.

Not bulky would give it a 5* but it has given out on me after 1 year. And now with company doing away with protection plan this might be our last one if mic goes out again.

Not as nice as the last Voyager

Did not come with a charging case, which was a big disappointment. I bought the charging case separately as this is a must for professionals that spend a lot of time on the phone. I don't like the case as much as the previous model either, as it incorporates the case and desktop cradle into one device. It's a little weird.
