This headset is comfortable to wear, easy to pair with a variety of phones (used with Galaxy S9 and an ancient S4 without a problem). The sound quality is great on both ends. Yes, it's a little pricey but it holds up well and takes a fair amount of abuse.

Breaks after 1yr
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is one of the best headsets I've ever had, comfortable wearing all day and great battery life but it breaks after a year, the software flakes out and starts doing odd things and not connecting or dropping the connection to any phone iPhone or Android. I've continued to buy these after they break year after year. Software updates only make it worse when they start to act up. My latest one broke 19 days after the 1yr warranty expired. I'll likely try something else now. If you do buy one of these make sure to download the app and turn off all the smart sensors.

In order to troubleshoot connectivity or audio issues you might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so:
1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
3. Re-pair the headset with your phone. If this does not fix your issue, we suggest pairing the headset to another cell phone as a test.
If the issue is not present on the second phone, then the problem may be with the first phone, rather than the headset. If the issue exists on the second phone as well, you will need to replace the headset. Please don't hesitate to contact our customer care group at www.plantronics.com/support if you require assistance.

I've purchased 2 of these units, because my 1st one broke at the base of the earloop where it connects to the earphone. My 2 unit broke in the same place. Plantronics please fix this flawed design.

I am always multi-tasking and being able to keep both my hands free while talking on the phone increases my productivity and enhances my comfort. Recently, I have been focusing on avoiding holding my phone to my head while making and taking calls. Because it is not always possible to place a call on speaker using my Plantronics headset allows me to converse more privately and without disturbing those around me.
