This was purchased to replace another Bluetooth device which I heavily use for work. Big con for me is the sheer bulkiness of the back part, it just feels heavy and cumbersome, I can't use my prescription glasses with it. Battery life is about 5-6 hours which is average in my opinion, and the overall volume of the earpiece feels a bit low but it gets the job done. I've noticed noise cancellation is excellent, people tend to not notice my background noise which is a big plus for me.

Been using this for a year now. Battery life is crazy still. Can use it all day long and get through a full day of work. Noise cancelling is so good. Can't hear me driving or moving, outside wind it cut out. I go everywhere with this

I have own these and the Edge in the pass. I have tried other brands but they don’t compete. Lately with this version I was working in a loud data center. My team kept asking if I was there and I would respond yes. The reason was the improved noise cancellation works so well that mmteam thought my call dropped. I made a good decision to buy these and would recommend them. They last for hours on a single charge.

Good upgrade to a tried and tested product... As good as the previous versions but with good noise cancellation and Alexa features providing the "icing on the top"

This is my third Plantronices. Simply because I am in construction and they live a hard life or get lost. I have tried others, but always come back to this. Good quality. I can carry on conversations driving down the road with the window open or around heavy equipment. My only complaint is it does not wrap fully around my ear. But that may have something to do with my large head. However if it was just a 1/2" longer it would fit perfect

This is one of the best headsets I've ever had to use. the sound is excellent. it holds a charge for 6 or 7 hours. it's flexible on my ear and it's not uncomfortable. it's a great product!

Works great...I love it tells you who is calling. The battery last all day. Very comfortable to wear. I sometimes forget I have it on.

Lightweight, comfortable design. Works great for business. Amazing background noise cancellation that eliminates wind noise when driving convertible with top down.

I use this model because it keeps out surrounding noise better. It fits inside the ear.

This is a great headset and last up to 10 plus hour w/out charging. I work from home and and my system required the Voyager 5200-UC which comes with the USB to hook into my hard drive and a charging station. The UC is the exactly same headset and I love it. Its comfortable and great reception. I returned so I could purchase the UC version. I had to purchase on Amazon because Best Buy did not sale this version.

The headset adds to the previous model. Its microphone has great noise blocking ability. The weight of this model is minimal. Battery life has been expanded upon with a sleep type mode.

Great sound and decent Battery life. Very comfortable on the ear, so much that you forget that you may forget it there.

I highly recommend this bluetooth headset for its great sound clarity and background noise cancelling feature of the piece. I travel quite often and spend a significant amount of time in airports, so a bluetooth that cancels out background noise well, is important, and this is the best I've owned. I recently lost my first one, so went out immediately and bought a replacement...the exact same bluetooth since I've been so pleased with this product. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a bluetooth that is easy to set up and use; is comfortable to wear; and does a wonderful job of cancelling out background noise.

Have owned several of the plantronics family products. This is by far the best. Great sound, good battery life, and comfortable all day wear

A long time ago I had a regular $79 Legend (not bought at Best Buy) and it went haywire. Plantronics replaced it with a refurb 5200 which worked fine for about 3 yrs but as of late, it stopped charging all the way up to 7 hrs. Most I could get is 4 hrs. So I bought this one and it is a pleasure to not have to charge it daily and the sound quality, as with the ones I had, is excellent. I just wish it came with the magnetic hookup charging USB cable. Overall I'm very satisfied!

This ear piece worked great. Very clear even in noisy places and with the wind blowing. Still, I returned it because of how uncomfortable it was. The main part of the ear piece is THICK. It will push your ear out pretty far. After about 20 minutes, I had to take it off. Maybe I just have big ears.... Just be warned, it may hurt your ear. If it doesn't hurt your ear, you'll love this earpiece. It works great!

Every time that I have tried something else I end up giving it to my wife. She is happy with the LG Tone and the AirPods and AirPod Pros but not me. I prefer the call quality of the Voyager. It may be bulkier and stand out like a sore thumb but I can talk with someone while riding my bike unless I am going really fast. No better background noise cancelation in my experience. I do wish the range was better. I walk around my house all the time without having to drag my phone around with me.

Awesome earpiece, comfortable holds charge it's very clear and concise and it's vocal and audio. I would highly recommend this earpiece. The best by far I've ever had.

Great little headset for anybody working from home or on the go. That’s pretty decent job of noise cancellation, but does not fully block it out. I think worth the value, but would highly recommend to purchase with the charging case if you have long days or talk on the phone quite a lot.
