Bluetooth connection weak
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Without going into crazy detail, the headset is good…when it wants to be. I connect with my iPhone 14 Pro Max and when I’m stationery and the phone is on my desk, the connection is solid and my conversation is clear on both receiving ends. When I start moving around the Bluetooth connection disconnects and reconnects infrequently and is incredibly frustrating. I’m not sure why this happens but is a nuisance on important calls. I would recommend it overall but only because the cost is justified. If it was $20 or more over current price it would not be worth it.

Good or better than Jabra
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I believed the hype about Jabra and bought one. Everyone I talked to said they couldn't hear me. I called tech support and they said my serial number was 4 years old and could not be replaced. SO I bought the Plantronics Voyager to replace it. Not once has anyone since said they could not hear me. Barking dogs, screaming babies, tv in the background. Nothing like the Jabra.Motion or Jabra steel. The Plantronics Voyager stays on my ear. Battery life works through 16 hour days.

Good sound quality, easy to use.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A long time ago I had a regular $79 Legend (not bought at Best Buy) and it went haywire. Plantronics replaced it with a refurb 5200 which worked fine for about 3 yrs but as of late, it stopped charging all the way up to 7 hrs. Most I could get is 4 hrs. So I bought this one and it is a pleasure to not have to charge it daily and the sound quality, as with the ones I had, is excellent. I just wish it came with the magnetic hookup charging USB cable. Overall I'm very satisfied!

Best call quality
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Every time that I have tried something else I end up giving it to my wife. She is happy with the LG Tone and the AirPods and AirPod Pros but not me. I prefer the call quality of the Voyager. It may be bulkier and stand out like a sore thumb but I can talk with someone while riding my bike unless I am going really fast. No better background noise cancelation in my experience. I do wish the range was better. I walk around my house all the time without having to drag my phone around with me.

Best noise reduction yet!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my fourth Plantronics voyager product that I have purchased in the past ten years and it is by far the best yet. Although the unit looks bulky, it is very comfortable to wear. I am a trucker and use my 5220 all day sometimes, talking to other drivers and family. Even when I am near the loud diesel engines my friends cannot hear them at all but can hear me crystal clear! It was easy to setup and easy to use. Buy this one and you won't be disappointed.

Perfect for the car
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I travel a lot for my job. I am constantly receiving phone calls and text messages. This headset allows me to answer calls, make calls, listen to my text messages and send voice texts without distracting me from driving and hands free. The quality is very good. I can hear perfectly clear and I have not had any complaints from anyone about the quality of my voice on their end. The battery is very good. I charge it every night and it lasts for the whole day. The only time I have an issue with the battery is if I use it to listen to music or podcasts for an extended period of time.

Best Bluetooth I've used
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my second Plantronics Voyager Bluetooth. Of the bluetooths I've used, this one is the clearest in both directions, the most comfortable (I forget I'm wearing it) and offers features that make it truly hands free. It tells me who's calling and gives me the option of saying "answer" or "ignore". It works perfectly with Siri allowing me to make calls without touching it. This new unit is even clearer than my previous one that I finally wore out after several years of constant use.

Plantronics - Voyager 5220 Bluetooth Headset - Bla
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you are not use to a big ear piece, this will take some time to get use to. You can not get to far from your phone or you will lose contact. I was disappointed in that. Your phone pretty much has to stay on you or very close to hear clearly. The sound is clear if you keep phone with you.I would not buy this again, you can find something cheaper that does the same thing.

Excellent quality
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. At first it’s a little scary because the device is big and looks heavy You then find out that is not the case in fact it is one of the most comfortable earpieces I’ve ever worn for eight or more hours a day. The sound quality is near perfect the battery life is amazing The overall day today function worked perfectly without a hitch does not ever drop signal with my phone which most others do Occasionally there is a beep that I’m not sure what it means yet. In the app for your phone is very helpful to fine-tune your device

A worth Upgrade to Voyager Legend SE
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Noise cancellation is greatly improved over the Voyager Legend. This uses a standard micro-usb port for charging which is a also a nice improvement. Please note that this headset will not fit in the Voyager Legend Charging Case. The battery life seems improved over the previous version. The unit will last for about a week in "sleep" mode if unused and offfers roughly 5-7 hours of actual talk time. The unit seems to utilize a quick charge system. Meaning, that after about 20 minutes on charge, it has about 80% battery life. It utilizes the same eartips as as all of the other voyager style headsets.

Best Bluetooth I’ve Ever Had!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I absolutely love this Plantronics Voyager 5220 Bluetooth Headset. It is very comfortable to wear and stays put even in the most strenuous activities. The thing that put this Bluetooth over others I’ve tried is that you can change ears with it without having to change any earpiece or any parts on it. You just spin it around and voila it fits your other ear. The battery life on this is also very good. I also bought the charging case for it which gives it a couple more charges before I have to plug it in. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new Bluetooth.

Great headset for the business traveler
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm always on the go and have tried many headsets trying to get one that works well in noisy environments. They issue is all the noise cancellation and isolation helps you, not the person on the other end. So if you are at an airport , Starbucks, or even in outside near a noisy street this is a great option. I talk 2 to 3 hours a day with it and only recharge 2 to 3 times a week. Cuts out a lot of noise and connects well with my android. Works better than my Bose Bluetooth for these types of noisy environments. And the folks on the other end noticed the difference
