That's why I purchased this many times, and gifted to my friends and relatives. But this time, it didn't even last for 1 year. I doubt if this is original piece of not. Quality is bad, and it has broken, and not working and not charging at all. I do recommend this Bluetooth any more.

They are always clear on both sides of the aisle. This last one I’ve had in issue with It going in and out of connection with my phone. I’m not sure if it’s the phone or the Bluetooth. However I must say platronics making a good product. So I would replace with another or this was a dud.

Not bulky would give it a 5* but it has given out on me after 1 year. And now with company doing away with protection plan this might be our last one if mic goes out again.

I recommended this ward your 5200 to a friend and he had problems with it as well and sound or volume is not loud enough
