I have 1 the charge port is messed up im not sure what to do with it sense best buy don't care

Ok sometimes

However, I have had people tell me that they could hear me and I had to switch to the speaker on my phone. I checked with Plantronics web site and they said to turn of the phone and redo the pairing process. I did notice there was a update that I had not completed and I completed it. So far, it is working fine.
