Great bluetooth, hands free for driving

New ear piece

The older version was roughly 3 years old and simply wore out. So this one is working as it’s supposed to and giving no problems. Time will tell.

Even better than the first gen

The improvements made with this model with the Plantronics app are extremely nice including a locator within the app. Works pretty nice even in small areas such as a house. Down side is the app runs in the background anytime the headset is turned on. This killing battery life on your phone. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5
