I love it the most of all I tried.

This one is the best by far. The only thing is: reliability is a hit and miss. Had one, that was distorting sound at times. Another worked well but I lost it. This is my third set in the past couple years - goes strong. Has connectivity problems when the phone switches from/to WiFi to/from cellular signal - the headset (annoyingly) dis/re-connects back and forth.

So Far So Good!

Use to be the best it there

It tells you who is calling and you can say answer or ignore and not have to hit a button. I believe they have changed some parts or something and my headset would sound crappy after using it for a couple months.

The 5220 has voice commands which work very well for both incoming and outgoing calls. Listening to music is a very nice feature and since it's mono I can still hear surrounding sounds while riding my bicycle. I have the headset connected to a Galaxy S7 and the set-up was quick and easy. My only complaint is the battery life could be a little better. I highly recommend this headset.
