My last few bluetooth purchases since Plantronics changed to Poly have not been as reliable. One developed a connectivity problem, disconnecting during a call and making a motorboat sound. The next one began to loose battery life. After 3 months the battery lost its charge after 24 hours even when turned off. I used to highly recommend Plantronics Voyager but not any more.

Pairing and general use are a breeze. The problem is with the overall is with the design. It feels cheaply made and constructed. The headset seems way too delicate for something that is used on a daily basis, It feels It's big and clunky to wear. The piece that actually goes into your ear is a weird little suction cup thing that is the opposite of ergonomic. Wearing the headset with glasses (especially sun glasses) is awkward since the part that curves over the top of your ear is so big. Oh yes, after a week of using this headset, the part that the removable ear suction cup attaches to has broken, rendering the headset unusable. For once, I'm glad I purchased the extended warranty.

Wearing glasses with this headset will probably not be too comfortable depending on the type or size of the arm of the eyeglasses. These headsets are designed to fit the vast majority of ear shapes and sizes; however, we do know that one size may not fit all and if you find the product too uncomfortable for normal use we strongly recommend that you consider using a headset with a different wearing style.
