Talk time is about 2 hours if lucky!!! If talk time was anywhere near 4 hours, even though it's listed as 7 hours I'd keep, but it goes to low battery after about 90 - 120 minutes. The salesman told me it's 7 hours max and that I shouldn't be upset with 2 hours. I didn't know if I was more upset with the salesman or 2-hours of talk time. Sound quality is excellent, if only it went longer!!! So disappointing!!! You SHOULDN'T HAVE TO CHARAGE AFTER EACH MEETING!!!!!!!!!!

As you may know, this earpiece provides call and media audio. It is important to consider that taking calls through applications such as FaceTime and Whatsapp, these are considered as Media Audio by the headset and therefore the battery is expected to drain faster. However, it shouldn’t last an hour or two. For this, please ensure your earpiece is up to date by checking for updates through our Plantronics Hub Software available on our website. https://bit.ly/30jDXJM Plug your headset powered off via USB with its charging cable and go to the notifications section. You might also want to test it with a different phone to see if you get the same battery performance. I was able to connect to my laptop and cell phone and it switches back and forth with no issues. Still getting used to the technical aspects but overall its good. For the price it really should come with a case. I was surprised it didn't come with anything at all.

It doesn't appear to have as strong a bluetooth signal as I'd like so I can't move very far from desk phone. Also somewhat difficult to control which is the primary phone when 2 phones paired. But it is a pretty good headset overall.
