If you are not use to a big ear piece, this will take some time to get use to. You can not get to far from your phone or you will lose contact. I was disappointed in that. Your phone pretty much has to stay on you or very close to hear clearly. The sound is clear if you keep phone with you.I would not buy this again, you can find something cheaper that does the same thing.

I'm always on the go and have tried many headsets trying to get one that works well in noisy environments. They issue is all the noise cancellation and isolation helps you, not the person on the other end. So if you are at an airport , Starbucks, or even in outside near a noisy street this is a great option. I talk 2 to 3 hours a day with it and only recharge 2 to 3 times a week. Cuts out a lot of noise and connects well with my android. Works better than my Bose Bluetooth for these types of noisy environments. And the folks on the other end noticed the difference

Very comfortable headset, 6 hour battery life, others can hear me perfectly (unlike my earlier jawbones), and I can hear others perfectly too. What more can I say?

This headset is excellent. It was a gift for my wife and she loves it. She uses it for all calls while she works and drives and listens with Netflix without any problems. Call and sound clarity is great and wearing it is very comfortable with out signal obstruction. Battery life last very long without constant charging. What made buying this purchase totally awesome was the service we got at Best buy. Like always, the attention and service was great and enjoyable, hassle and stress free. Worth buying it for the price paid and where we bought it.

I use this earpiece regularly for work. It has tremendous battery life and I love that it can be paired to my PC and phone simultaneously, as I do a lot of video calls and regular phone calls too. It blocks out surrounding / background noise and wind gusts very well too, so it's great for any environment. Music, videos and podcasts sound okay on it, but let's be real, this is for making and taking calls. Great comfort and exceptional quality, I'd definitely recommend this Bluetooth earpiece!

Best earbud ever! Love how it fits my ear inside and out. I had been looking for this particular one and found it at Best Buy. It is user friendly, with hands free features as well. Small qns compact and easy to charge. Usually one charge gets you 6 hours of using time.

I like the plantronics 5200 series headset. It is easy to pair and operate. I'm able to easily hear incoming text messages and respond seamlessly. The call quality is also very good. It easily switches back and forth between left and right ears. I just wish that it fit more snugly. I'm able to hear fine but it rests on my ear instead of snugly fitting inside. I do recommend this headset but I think it costs about $25 more than it should.

I have been through quite a few Bluetooth devices in the last 10 years. Tried many brands but somehow I always find my way back to plantronics. Excellent sounds, great noise cancellation software. My only con is that sometimes it doesn’t automatically connect to my iPhone as soon as it turns on. But not a big problem. Had it for a few months now and it still holds charge for a good 5 hours of talk time.

Very comfortable for an over ear model. Battery life is great for the size. Noise cancelling is hands down the best. I work in an environment where there is a lot of background noise, including loud crashes, engines and people yelling, and my customers never hear anything but my voice. Get the service plan to make the investment of $100+ worth it. Highly recommend this product. I usually don't write reviews, even to get Best Buy points, but I felt it was warranted for this product. If your phone is your $ maker, then go get one now!

Nice sound for calling and listening music good battery and very comfortable for the ear

Since the beginning of Bluetooth devices, I have tried dozens of brands. I have always come back to this brand and model. Long use time on a charge, ease of operation and comfortable fit are only surpassed by the sound quality. The sound is not only up to my standards but also on the other end. I rarely need to repeat myself to callers as compared to other models. The price is reasonable as opposed to higher-priced models that have a lower quality. Definitely a thumbs up..!!

So far, so good. Very comfortable, can hear clearly, voice is heard by others clearly. Nice design & like how you can use for both ears.

The best I love it I’m old school I use them all the time when I’m driving and working great sound and I can text with out touching the phone but it’s hold to my ear strong not like ear buds people loose them all the time

I had been using a lesser model Plantronics bluetooth headset and had complaints of sounding far away or breaking up, especially when participating in a Skype conference call. With this higher quality model I have experienced none of those problems. As soon as I switched headsets, I haven't had to use the plug-in wired headset (for when issues arise.) The battery has been strong with a decent recharge rate, but it is new. I use the headset in the office, in the vehicle and outside - no issues with background noise, wind, etc.

I have had a few Plantronics in my time. I've had the Voyager Pro, Edge, and Discover. This has the best sound quality of them all. I've driven with top down in convertible (windows up) and people could not hear the background noise. I've don't the same at noisy airport where background sounds didn't flow through the mic. I can hear the folks on the other end clearly. My only downside would be the behind the ear can slide at times and you nay have to adjust the fit.

I've had many headsets for hands free use while walking, driving or multi-tasking. This is the lightest, most comfortable and best sounding one yet..

This is my second Plantronics Bluetooth Headset. Easy to set up and use. I love the fast charging and comfort. Fits my ears even with my glasses on. I like having both my phones connected and the announced callers. I use it on either ear and it feels fine. Being hard of hearing, I enjoy being able to raise the volume for my own comfort level and when I use it the people I'm speaking to say it sounds clear and like I'm sitting next to them talking.
