Had a hard time hearing on it when next to traffic but people could hear me great with little to no background noise. I returned it due to the fact I work next to the road often and it’s useless to me if I can’t hear on it.

My 2nd Plantronics - Voyager

To be honest, I can't find improvement from the old generation. It doesn't fit well to my ear compare with the old one, the connection with iPhone and Smartphone don't smooth as the old one too.

After 3 years it woreout. It still works but it is hard to keep it on my ear because the flexible coating on the arm cracked and I'm afraid it will finaly brake. So I bought a new one so I will be able to still use hands free operation of my phone.

My work truck doesn’t have Bluetooth so it keeps me out of trouble. The ease of use is great! And… I can type, walk around and multitask while answering and talking in the phone. The only negative is the tiny opening for the recharge cable. The little cover is going to break off soon.
