Micro-USB connection for charging (no requirement for the little magnetic end for charging); headset can continue to be used while charging if you have a long enough cable to not pull it out of your ear. Nice charging case available. Wear left or right side

Good hearing, bad microphone

It also cancel out your voice when asked to answer or ignore a call. A lot of the time I have to take out the phone and answer manually. the purpose was to be hands free while working.

Posted .That may be an issue with the headset or with the connection between the headset and phone. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so:
1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
3. Re-pair the headset with your phone and test.
If the issue is the same we recommend testing the device with another phone to determine if it's on the phone or headset. If the issue persists even on a different phone we can replace that device. Please don't hesitate to contact us at www.plantronics.com/support if you require assistance.

My husband's car had cabin noise that was pretty bad. After he told me that on a work call someone asked if he was riding a motorcycle, I got this for him for Father's Day. The Noise Reduction is so good that on his next call when he asked about noise he was told there was none at all.

But, even with all the ear adapters included, it did not fit my ears comfortably. My other concern is the talk-time. It appears not as long as comparable headsets. For these reasons I'm providing only and average rating.
