The new one has the buttons set up a little different and seems to work every time. This time I made sure to get the extended warranty as they only seem to last about a year.

I like the automatic switch from phone to earpiece (and vice versa) once it's placed on your ear or taken off. The clarity is excellent and there hasn't been much complaints regarding noisy from those I have had conversations with. Pricey but at least it works well.

The speaker is not loud enough.

I run a dump truck and have to have the windows down sometimes and I can barely hear what someone's saying. People are getting tired of me asking them to repeat everything. This is probably better in an office type of environment.

Also the tips are not very comfortable.
