Have purchase several times for multiple people in our company. Has the best background noise cancelling of any earpiece I have tried. Negative is not using a USB C port to charge. The micro USB port generally fails after several months. Also, if used every day it seems to give out after about 12-18 months. Not the battery. Usually the neck will become loose or the microphone becomes spotty.

Great earbud. Works with 2 phone lines, so I am able to answer my work phone also. Noise canceling is great! The over the ear design is more comfortable for me to wear.

I like those Bluetooth headset a lot. The noise cancelling does a good job of blocking ambient noise. It is lightweight and the sound quality is great. The ability to accept calls we a voice command, and to easily turn the mute on and off from the headset are clever and convenient features. The only thing that I don't particularly like about it is the fit of the earbuds. It's a little expensive but it's worth it.

a little pricey and a little big must charge daily if used a lot but will last the day and clarity is excellant comes with accessories

This headset has a lot going for it. The sound quality is great, and it stays charged for about 6 hours of continuous calling. I do phone sales, so I am constantly using it. The only downside is comfort, after a couple of hours I have to switch ears, which I guess is why it's made that way. I don't have large ears and I use the smallest bud that comes with it, so maybe a thinner model would work better. Until they make one, this works great!

It is so comfortable to wear that I forget it is in my ear. The sound quality is excellent and the battery life is great.

i have had numerous bluetooth earpieces bose2, sennheiser, jawbone and the bose had the best sound but discontinued. sennheiser also great sound but could never make it comfortable even purchasing different earpieces. The plantronics 5220 is nice. I avoided it in the past because i wear glasses and it looks ......well like a hearing aid. But, It is comfortable. The sound is good -not bose great- but good, volume is sufficient, noise reduction works well and it has a great battery life. If I lose this earpiece....I would buy again.

I have used this headset for years and enjoy sound quality, noise cancelling when on conference calls, ability to mute the headset easily and comfort of device. I use it every day all day and it works great for about 2 years. To me it is great value for what I have demanded of the device and how long it works to provide for me before it dies. Great value, great performance, worth the purchase.

I am a contractor so I wear a Bluetooth device all day. I used a cheaper Plantronics device for 2 years then it went out. Purchased another but had continuous problems with it. I tried another brand and it was trash. At this point I purchased the Voyager 5220. I haven't regretted it at all! Very comfortable, sometimes when I get home in the evenings I forget I have it on. Works flawlessly. Plays music through it and sounds good. The noise control is outstanding. Voice commands go through clearly. I highly recommend ponying up and buying this product.

Was very skeptical on using an earpiece..I plow snow in Michigan and being in a truck for 24hrs at a time I needed something to be handsfree. I was very surprised how comfortable it was.. I was also impressed with how good I could hear the person calling me and have had no complaints with the other person hearing me... This was my first one so I dont have anything to compare it with but it was exactly was I was needing.

For me this great little headset just works! It is lightweight, holds up to my sweat and great sound for back and forth communication. Could the battery life be better--- sure, but that is why i purchased 2

My old voyager edge still working great but not holding a charge for long so I purchased a new 5220. Performance and features all work great.Quality of sound, noise cancelling, voice activation, incoming and out going calls excellent. The only disappointment it is hard to quick fit to ear and especially if you wear glasses. Other than that it is great but I still end up wearing my old voyager edge most of the time.

This is an awesome bluetooth headset. Very comfortable to wear. Long battery life, and clarity is great even in noisy conditions. Get this headset.

I am so pleased that I purchased this Bluetooth. It is my first Bluetooth headset and I did a lot of research and comparison - I decided to choose this one and I have no regrets! The sound is fantastic... That was one of my concerns as I drive a very noisy truck for work and with the Plantronics 5220 I can hear very clear without any problems. At first I found it awkward on my ear but after wearing it several times it fits very comfortably. Sometimes I forget that I even have it on. I highly recommend this Bluetooth to everyone.

The best there is out there. I hate the apple airpods I cant have ear buds stuck inside both of my ears all day long and they fall off from my ears. I have been using this 5220 for ears and the sound quality is amazing, its comfortable and just works. The noise cancelling is also great. I live and die by these. I own an IT company and these are the ear pieces I recommend to all my clients.

Great for working from home. The sound is clear. The charge lasts for quite a while. It lets you answer with Alexa if you don’t have your phone next to you. It doesn’t seem to work with the charging case that I had and the flap covering the charging port broke, otherwise I’d give it five stars.

This is the third version I have owned. The first two died after a year but performed the best of any I have used in the 10 years I have used Bluetooth headphones. I have asked callers how I sound and all have said that I sound like I'm next door. Sound quality at my end is also excellent. I love the ability to use voice commands. Completely hands-free! Talk time is easily a 6 hour charge and charges up quickly. Suggest you buy the extended warrantee if you use it as much as I do... for work.

Having tried other bluetooth ear pieces, specifically for making and recieving phones, I have found these to be the ABSOLUTE BEST BY FAR. These have great talk time, are rechargeable, and allow you listen to music, audio books and recordings (like classes). I now own 2 of them. In the car or on the bicycle, they allow you to talk or listen without any background noise. They are very comfortable to wear...at times I forget I have it on!

I love this bluetooth headset. It holds a charge for a long time and has very good sound quality. There are 2 sizes of ear pieces included so you can choose which one works best for you. I've been using mine for a long time and it's still in great shape. My husband has one as well and his is more worn & loose because he uses it while working construction, but it is still working well for him after 2 years and he hasn't had to replace it - unlike any other one he tried in the past.

Great Bluetooth especially if you have to wear it all day I am a visually impaired senior and need to wear the Bluetooth all day so I don’t have to look for my phone. This Bluetooth blacks out almost all outside sounds even when I’m walking through construction or heavy winds the person I talk to doesn’t hear any of it. It’s light comfortable and I usually don’t even know I have it on.
