Very comfortable loud, good outside You won't know it's in your ear. Well spent money.

This is an amazing headset, comfortable well worth buying.

I have searched for a headset which didn't hurt my ear, and actually bought 3 before this one. I love this headset, and the 5200 gives me almost 100' of freedom from having to carry my phone around. I don't only use it while driving, but also while sitting in the office. It allows me to sit in on meetings and make other calls while keeping my hands free. Love this headset!

It doesn't fit as well as I thought it should. It doesn't fit in your ear right. But, I love that it tells you who's calling and I can just say answer without having my phone.

People can hear me when they call even with all of the loud noises behind me.

I started off really liking the product until i notice that it didnt have much range on it when I am away from the phone. I did like the fact that it voiced who is calling so I don't have to run to the phone to see who is calling. My only issue was the range.

This is the fourth Plantronics headset I have owned. It is the one that works the best for me. It works very well in windy conditions and background noise. I was disappointed in what came in the box this time. Only a plug in car charger. No ear pieces or magnetic charger. My old ones do not fit as the ear piece is larger then my old ones. Will have to buy them.

I needed the smaller ear addapter but it is comfortable and easy to use.

I gave this item as a birthday gift to my son that's a truck driver...it works great but discharges too, too fast after 4 hrs..it is vital to his type of work, and we are somewhat disappointed that it cannot hold the charge it's supposed to hold.

At first I was not sure that I was going to like this Bluetooth because I have had other bluetooths and they were ok but sometimes people had trouble hearing me but with the 5220 I have not had that problem. I have been extremely happy with the 5220 and would buy another one even though it is priced higher then I wanted to spend.

It's a good product the only problem I see with this product is that is the battery life and sometimes it disconnects on his own but that's pretty normal for Bluetooth products overall yes I would purchase this this here piece again I'm a truck driver and it was excellent only problem is a battery life thank you

just got this- had it a week. I have had there Legend model and had problems with all 4 of them--(kept replacing it under warranty). I suggest the 2 yr warranty just in case. I have not had the issues with this model that there legend model was giving me.

I replaced my old one after about 2 1/5 years of everyday use, all of them have a service life, on mine the plastic ear piece gave out probably from skin oils and sweet and not having the case that goes with it. What I like about this one is it stays on my ear and doesn't feel like it will fall off, it's compact and functions well. I'm a truck driver so mine gets a lot of wear.
