However, since December of 2019 just at the beginning of the month, the person at the other end complained about poor transmission and not hearing what I'm saying clearly and that I sounded far away. It needs to be replaced. Thanks for taking my review.

However, some loud background noises can be picked up by microphone and heard by other party. Conversations are easy to hear with correct sized ear bud (small, medium, or large). Others suggested this because of the reliability and clarity.
