I use this headset daily for work since I work from home. It does a great job of drowning out my kids so they cannot be heard on the calls and it is very clear for me to hear people. The battery life is only about 6-7 hours, so there are some days it doesn't make it through the whole day if I have a lot of calls, but charges quickly.

I had a Bose earpiece that stopped working and now with the GA hands-free law becoming effective on July 1, I had to find a good substitute. It is better than the Bose and I am very pleased. I bought a case off of Amazon specifically for it but that did not work as advertised. I have not had it long enough to judge battery life but I'm satisfied with everything else about it.

I have been using the Plaintronics Voyager for at least four years and feel it is an excellent product. My biggest issue was that it did not do well in even a weak breeze. This upgrade not only fixes that, but it has better range and the buttons are easier to use after getting used to the change. The micro USB charger is also more reliable. Definitely worth the 30$ marginal cost for the 5220

I nee.edd a new blue tooth. I had a Plantronics Legend that was several years old and I had damaged it. I purchased the voyager it was on sale so I also bought the charging case as well.. I just updated the firmware and paired it and was good to go. The windsmart technology is amazing. No one complains about background noise. When get a call you can whisper accept or decline. Great Product.
