This Plantronics 5220 Bluetooth is definitely a better Bluetooth, the volume is satisfactory, it doesn't seem to lose connectivity all the time. It has a great battery life and I really don't have any complaints except for the fact that I lost it and it would be nice if it had a standard c+ charging port instead of a micro USB.

I needed something to keep my hands free while doing rideshare. I have tried other bluetooth headsets and got feedback, static or just plain didn't work. Finally I found one that works. My wife had no idea that I was walking outside on a windy day. There was no wind coming through on the other end and there was no static or feedback. I like earbuds in my ear and thought I would see if there were any addons for the headset. See picture. There is an in ear adapter mount that you can change to from the ones that come with it. It works great. Plantronics also has a recharging case for the headset. It protects and charges at the same time. I love everything about it.

Not what I expected. At first the unit was ok. It was kind of simple to connect to. But for some reason the unit just never fit right on me. Now it's constantly coming off with slightest movement. Either my ear is too big and it isn't sitting well or the earpiece itself is faulty. It could also be the unit itself is too bulky, around the edge of my ear thus not sitting properly. No matter which inner ear piece I put on the whole unit is loose on my ear or it feels like it's going to fall off. I do like that for the most part the calls are clear. There are times though it does sound like there's static or an echo. Talk time seems rather short. If using this device to listen to musix please don't. It kills the battery in 2.5 hours. Going forward, I can't recommend this product for to a family member and or any of my friends. The cons outweigh the pros and the expense alone is what makes this product that much more disappointing. Buyers use discretion.

Sound quality is perfect small device and very light.

I run a small business and operate equipment. I like the voice controls and the noise cancelling. I can be in very noisy environments and no one hears it.

Due to my work assignment I'm always on the phone so haven't a good earpiece is wonderful no with them at all, will come and buy for Best Buy at anytime.

I love this earpiece by Plantronics, comfortable, fits great around my ear, sounds clear ,with noise canceling.

Works great for either right or left side, comes with three different size ear buds. This is truly the best bluetooth i've owned. I upgraded from the 5200 that I used for 13 months before it retired.

Is the best to wear it, to listen clearly.I recommend to anyone

I like the fit, the sound quality and the unit itself. What is terrible is the placement of the red button on the voice “boom” that you click to activate the voice dialing. It is far too small and does not stand out enough to be easily located while driving, which is the whole reason I purchased this in the first place.

Expensive but pretty good sound quality. Use it mostly for calls and Zoom meetings. Have bought 5 or 6 — only major complete is the rubber bridge from the main unit to ear piece tends to wear out quickly as it has to be flexible when taken out if case and adjusted to fit over ear. Seems like design materials used for that rubbering section is pretty crappy and doesn’t last long. Needs change in design ir better/stronger materials should be used. Has gotten worse with the more recently purchased units. Probably look for alternative/competitive product if latest purchase breaks.

I’m a truck driver this Bluetooth is pretty much all I need. I’ve tried all other kinds This is pretty much the best one.

After a Year+ of use plastic broke but other then that it works great sound and voice quality exceptional in price range. Plantronics support is #1 in industry no question ask they are willing to send you a new product during a first year There is only one thing that this product has it's a glitch or a bug that shows % of charge been incorrect after few recharge spoke to Plantronics and they are still working on it for past year+

Talk time is very good on a full charge. Standby time is just as stated. Charges quick. Great sound quality and easy connectivity. I cant speak of it resistance to rain or moisture since i have taken steps to keep it dry. Would definitely recommend this product.

Very comfortable, convince, right size and greattach sound

I have used these bluetooths on and off for more than 18 years. I need for plantronics to apply their warranty program again due to me now starting to notice they only last for a year or so now, they are very good devices to have but the quality has gone down. From a very loyal customer please, implement the old warranty it’s needed.

I’ve owned quite a few BT earpieces. This one is by far the best one hands down. Not only do I recommend the earpiece, I highly recommend the rechargeable case for it also. The case will allow you to charge the earpiece multiple times before having to recharge itself. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money for it. You get what you pay for.

It's great. I had one years ago and really hurt my ear until I go use to it. This product felt comfortable right away.

As a truck driver this is a good Bluetooth, the noise canceling is great. And definitely buy the extended protection plan because the rubber gets really flimsy and cracks after about a year.
