Good not Great; Old Technology; wears out over tim

I won't be purchasing a third, the technology is old and starting to have compatibility issues. Calls drop frequently with a Macbook Pro. I didn't have that issue on my previous one.

Best Bluetooth headset I've ever owned

Tried a few other Bluetooth devices but was never satisfied with their performance. Repurchased the 5200 and totally satisfied with its performance love the addition of Amazon Alexa. Would love it even more if it could read text messages to me.

Worthy Headset

Fits in ear perfectly, though it does bother occasionally, but I've not yet found one that won't, but overall if you need a wireless headset, this is awesome. Even syncs to 2 phones at once and you can hang up one call to take another instantaneously.

Qualaity seems to have gone down

The last 3 I've had aren't holding up as well as the previous versions. Because I'm on the phone all day and then use it to listen to books while I exercise I know that it's going to fail sooner for me than for others. But now these aren't making it to even a tear. Yes I get another one through the warranty but still.
