Customers are saying
Customers express satisfaction with the Voyager 5220's sound quality, comfort, battery life, and Bluetooth connectivity, frequently praising its lightweight design and range. However, some customers reported issues with the fit, occasional connection problems, and a perception that the volume could be improved. A few also felt the price was somewhat high. Overall, positive feedback on sound and comfort outweighs concerns about fit and connectivity.

Hands down best BT Headset
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had over twenty BT headsets over the years and they all have improved over the years. But this headphone makes me sound like I am in my office regardless of wind, noise, airport loudspeakers, etc. I travel a lot so having that kind of clarity is key for my conversations. Add in that the batter last for hours. It is a good buy. Note I don't wear mine like jewelry, I turn it off between calls and shove it in my pocket, so it connects fast when I get a call. I like that a lot too.

Nice headset overall.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Clear calls. I use this for five to 10 hours most days and occasionally it will stop transmitting my voice to the caller. A quick reboot fixes it, but it's inconvenient. This is not common but it has happened two or three times over the last two weeks. Overall the headset is very good at filtering out background noise. When I'm driving it's better than the factory Yukon mic, and quiet in loud areas like near trucks and in a hardware store. If you work in a busy office with other voices they will be audible to some extent but minimal compared to the standard microphone on a cell phone. As far as filtering out surrounding noises this is substantially better than many other types of headphones I have used. X1 powered headphones have better Bluetooth range, but they but just don't filter enough background noise for the caller on the other end. Other than the very minor connection issue the battery life could be a bit better. 7 hours just isn't quite enough for a long day on the phone. I find myself recharging this headset in the middle of the day to ensure no disruption. With an extra hour of battery life this would probably be a 5-star review. The average person making a few dozen calls a day will find this headset very functional, and probably the best headset of this type I've used.

Great bluetooth earpiece!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the first bluetooth earpiece that i have ever used and i am very happy with it. The sound quality is great, the caller ID voice announcement is a great feature to have since i work in a very dirty environment and can choose to answer or not using my voice. the only problem i have had is once in a great while it will lose bluetooth connection but it quickly reconnects, not really a issue. I love this product and highly recommend it, also very comfortable, hardly realize I'm wearing it.

Excellent Bluetooth headset
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent Bluetooth headset. Pairs seamlessly to both my Samsung S21 & my iPhone XR. Good battery life and superior noise cancelling and good sound quality. A must for busy individuals. Can also be paired to Poly VVX desk phones with BT600 adapter. I have owned this headset since it's release and will have one as long as they are available.

Good quality but akward to put on
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great quality headset as it does good drowning out ambient noise and wind but my only complaint is it's akward to out on some times. One of the coolest features is that if you get a call, once the sensor gets close enough to your ear, it answers the call. All in all, a must for the person on the go that needs to take calls and drown out ambient noise

It's not made for truckers
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's to small so I lose it easily but then again I do that with everything, the volume never gets loud enough and when your a truck driver you need your headset to perform in loud situations, the battery life on this sucks, you only get 6 to 7 hours talk time and I'm on the phone unfortunately from sun up till sun down on most days, I did enjoy it telling me whose calling and giving me the option of accepting or denying the call. Ultimately you just can't beat a blue parrot and for 150 dollars I bought the 450 blue parrot which gives me all the same features but at a way better quality for what I use it for, but if you just need it for car rides or use it around the house then it's a great product but of your a truck driver and spend most days on the phone talking with your kids, wife, dispatche or other annoying ppl you want a blue parrot not this platronics.

False Advertising but Great product
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased the lhis headset again, at is the best one around. But the pictures associated with, published by best buy, lead to to believe it comes with a charging case. But once it arrives, no case. Conversation with customer support and they just apologize with no real answer. You have to dig down to the product details and read the area titled "included in the box" to see it does not come with a case. Best buy really needs to take the pictures of the case off it at least add verbiage on the photos that says the case is not included. Again the headset is the best on the market, but just beware this item does not include a case as depicted in the pictures. This item is truly a five star item, but took a start off due to Best buys misleading pictures.

Bluetooth
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s a little overpriced for a Bluetooth. It doesn’t include that charging case in the photos which is misleading. Also, these break fast and are sensitive so be very careful with them. Other than that they last really long and provide good hearing/speaking when in use and protected with a case.

Excellent Voice Clarity
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I admit I do not have much comparative knowledge about Bluetooth headsets (and frankly, I thought I would NEVER purchase one -- as I felt, and still do, that folks who wear them around all day often look pretentious), but I do occasionally get calls while on long drives or long walks, so I decided to get one that promised top-quality voice transmission -- as I hate getting calls from folks where its obvious from the echoing sound that the caller is using a Bluetooth device. This product delivers terrifically accurate voice quality. When I first started using it, I would ask those on the other end if the sound was clear (recall my sensitivity to getting calls where it isn't, and its obvious the caller is using a Bluetooth device), and to a person all said they were not even aware I was using a headset device -- even when I was on a walk with fairly significant wind about. The battery life also seems to be excellent. I am very happy with the product.

Great handsfree headset with noise cancellation
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I replaced an older version of the Plantronics Voyager with the Voyager 5220, and it has been great for calls and has great battery life. It easily pairs with iPhone 12 Pro Max and is easy to use when using the Siri Assistant. If you are looking for a long-lasting battery with a noise-canceling boom microphone, then I would highly consider this product.

Great headset. Pricey but works well and cuts out
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Super headset!! Noise cancellation is clear, callers can hear me, and I can hear them. Very comfortable. Cuts out when placing the phone in a pocket, especially if it is across the body from the headset, but that seems to be the trend with bluetooth 4.0 low-energy devices. The pairing and set-up process is great and accessible to vision impaired users. NFC for set-up is great!

Awesome Product
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this thing! It has such a good battery life and is wonderful about cutting the background nose out where it cannot be heard by the person you are talking to. I actually walked by a running big truck, and they are loud, and the other person could not hear it. It was almost so loud I couldn't hear the other person talking and they never heard it. Thats awesome in my book!

Great first headset!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My husband has resisted all my efforts to use some sort of hands-free phone device. But the new hands-free phoning law in our state jump started his interest. This headset is lightweight and the feature that announces the call and lets you "accept" or "ignore" is perfect to screen out calls from unknown numbers. The earpiece sits close to but not in the ear canal so it's comfortable. A great first step for him.
