Good noise reduction, exceptional call clarity. It IS a wee bit bulky, and with my tiny ears + glasses it's a bit of a pain to get used to how to put on, but IT WORKS so I don't care. Comments from callers: "It sounds like you are in the seat not the next state!" "I feel like you are standing right next to me!" "I need one of these for my job." "There is zero road noise!" I am able to hear callers exceptionally well also. Using with a Pixel2XL

It has helped me remain handsfree and has great reception. The only issue I have is that it took some getting used too as far as comfort goes.

It easily pairs up with both my cell phones and STAYS connected, plus they will easily re-connect when I am out of range ,then come back to them! I love the voice commands! Super easy to answer a call or reject them! It even tells me who is calling me..thank you Best Buy for having it in stock! sincerely, David P.

This model has had a few hiccups

I like using it but unfortunately, from time to time, calls don't come into the Bluetooth but rather go direct to phone. Still testing to see how often it's going to continue doing that.
