    This is my 2nd Plantronics Blue Tooth and very similar in style to my previous one. I like using it but unfortunately, from time to time, calls don't come into the Bluetooth but rather go direct to phone. Still testing to see how often it's going to continue doing that.

    Love these that have been a great purchase! I wish they came with two of each size ear piece because that’s the only thing I’ve had break on them. I even sent it though the washer and it still worked on the other end..
