As advertised
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use this headset for conference calls when I work from home and so far I have been very happy with it. No complaints about sound quality from people that I am on the phone with. I have worn it for several hours at a time and forget that I have it on. It's actually even better than i was expecting. Love the fact that it reminds me when I am on mute and the battery life has been great so far.

No jbl yes plantronics 5220
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the 3200 and it was great but it gave way, A young man at the Apple valley Best buy, told me the Jbl was a good replacement..it was NOT good, hurt my ear..could not turn it up so I could hear the caller, was 2 days past returning it..so had to order the New Plantronics 5220..the sound quality is great it ease of use is wonderful..this is so much better than the jbl..so am out $100.00 The only issue with the 5220 is it does not like to stay in your ear very well....That kind of stinks..But I still lime it so much better than the JBL

Plantronics: The best just got better!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have used the Voyager Pro HD, The Voyager Legend and now the Voyager 5220 and each model just keeps getting BETTER! The battery life, fit and style are about the same as the Legend. BUT the real improvements are; 1. Wind/noise cancelling 2. Digital speech sound quality/clarity is superior 3. Overall quality of sound and performance is superior. I also bought the charging case for the 5200 Series and it is great for heavy users on the go!

Great headset for using with Teams
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As my office went to all remote I needed a headset that I could use with my telecom program and Teams for meetings and calls. The 5220 pairs easily and the microphone has been great at not picking up backgound noise when Its in use. Also, for a small headset I get about 7-8 hours of average with it so it lasts most of the work day which is exactly what I need it to do.

Very comfortable
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this to use while driving a truck. I haven't had the chance to use it in that way yet due to the pandemic. I am however impressed with how light & comfortable it is & how clear phone calls are. I have had over the ear headsets in the past that were comfortable foe an hour or two and then irritated my ear so badly that I had to take them off. This one doesn't.

Great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Looking for a new bluetooth is hard to find these days, but this one is close to what I'm looking for. Clear voice, noise cancellation and long battery life makes this appealing to me. The cons is that its bulkier than I am used to. I'm also used to having the device in my ear and not resting on it. The back of it is bulky, but dealable.

Fantastic noise cancelling
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have purchase several times for multiple people in our company. Has the best background noise cancelling of any earpiece I have tried. Negative is not using a USB C port to charge. The micro USB port generally fails after several months. Also, if used every day it seems to give out after about 12-18 months. Not the battery. Usually the neck will become loose or the microphone becomes spotty.

Great Headset!
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been using the Plantronics Voyager series of headsets for years. Although the battery life dwindles a bit over time, the overall quality of these headsets is great. The best feature is the ability to screen out background noise. They are also fairly comfortable for all-day wear for conference calls and video calls.

Best blue tooth in the market
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although it’s not the best looking blue tooth it is the most durable one. I am a Active truck driver. I move oversize loads and secure loads in the heat,in the rain and in the cold. This Bluetooth is very rugged and up for the challenges that Texas’s weather brings. the noise cancellation works extremely well In noisy background the battery life also works very well.

Great audio quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The audio and range are great, On the older version of the legend it charged by a magnetic jack, very simple to connect. The updated version now has a plug in jack that Can be very difficult to open. The earpiece is still comfortable and fits well. I have tried several different headsets, this is still my top pick.

Great headset
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This headset is great with cancelling out background noise, its loud, durable, and very comfortable. You can change out the ear cushions to fit your ears properly. The only thing that I have noticed is the battery life last about 6 hrs talk time which is 1 hr less than the previous version. Overall it's worth the buy.

Nice Ear Piece
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This headset was brought for my husband so my review is based on what he told me. He stated that he likes the ear piece. He likes the versatility and it relatively easy to work. The sound is clear and crisp. There is no distoration when using the ear piece as a phone. Another added feature the earpiece fits very comfortably in the ear.

great quality bluetooth earpiece
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This earpiece is awesome. It is comfortable. The sound quality is great. It muffles the wind sound and other extraneous sounds so that the person I'm speaking with does not hear anything but my voice. I love that it connects with my contact list so I can really be hands free. Even Siri loves this earpiece and for the first time ever I can text people using Siri while driving. I hated to spend the money, but it was worth it.

Great sound, short life
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works great. Very clear. A full charge is 6 hours. Two less than its predecessor (5200). Always ran full discharge battery cycles and now at just under 14 months it no longer charges. Ive gone back to my 5200 which still lasts 6 hrs after 5 years of use.

Great For RV/Truck Drivers
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to use, great noise reduction, 6-8 hrs of continuous use, great standby I use occasionally and get a week before I need to charge it up, I talk less than 30 minutes a day, callers say they can’t hear any background noise and I drive a 18 wheeler, purchased 06/13/2021 and still preforms like new

good return of investment
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This unit is comfortable to wear and works quite well. Voice commands get fast response. People can hear me talk even with my car window down; you can't get that with a cheap 30 dollar Bluetooth. Battery lasts forever, even when I'm listening to Pandora. Most of the time if you want quality you have to pay for it. Luckily this Bluetooth has quality without the super big price tag.
