I would like to say a very comfortable Bluetooth headset for ones cell. the device is lightweight and is barely even noticed, I have done shifts at work at Friendly's with this on and had no trouble of it sliding or making my ear sore. even when sweating it didn't rub the wrong way or nothing. the battery life took at least 1 week before I had to charge it (mostly used in standby mode, didn't have a lot of long winded calls that week). so I can say great battery.

I have bought several of this style of ear piece from plantronics ..... I’m pretty rough on em .. I have lost a couple of em . I work in high noise environment and also have some hearing loss this is the only one i have found that goes loud enough and is very comfortable... they have a few different models that look like this one they all work great and are very comfortable i will definitely buy this one again

Great battery life. Great sound. Comfortable feel. No background noise. Easy to operate.

It sounds good, delivers well and if you don’t wear glasses and/or a hat, it’s perfect. The reason being is that it’s considerably bulky than it’s predecessor. If they hadn’t discontinued the previous model, I would have went with it. This one along with my glasses and hat forces my ear out.

I bought this on an impulse from Best Buy. It was the most expensive one on the rack, so I knew it had to be good. Although I can't say if it was worth the price increase from a more pedestrian model, I can tell you it does everything well. It has excellent battery life, excellent range, and excellent sounds. I highly reccommend the charging capsule that you can buy with it.

Excellent quality and the price … and it’s very comfortable to wear.

crisp clear audio ergonomic comfortable fit. eliminates ambient noise so you don't sound like you are in a tunnel while you are having a conversation while driving with the window down. perfect size. quick charge lasts up to 11 hours. I find that the smaller version is easier to misplace or lose. great value for the price point.

Small but great volume. Is one Of the few small Bluetooth headsets that I can actually hear the person on the other end of the call. Noise canceling is very good. Battery last about 6-6.5 hours while actually being on the phone.

I purchased this Bluetooth for my boyfriend who's a truck driver and I was tired of him using his headphones to talk on the phone because you can hear all the noise in the background when he's driving. But this Bluetooth is so amazing!!! I can't hear anything in the background and I can hear him clearly He says it's easy to use and very comfortable. It's worth the money.

Needed a better headset. Regularly use it both for my phone and my laptop. Connecting to both went smoothly. Did not fit my ear well, but was able to find replacement earpieces that fit my ear better. The noise cancellation works much very well. Hosting a meeting outside, jet-skis flying by, and nobody in the meeting was able to hear it.

Clear audio and long battery life. Very comfortable to wear. People say they can hear me very well. Perfect!

The unit has outstanding noise cancelling, which was the primary reason for purchase. Incoming volume is moderately good. Can be a little hard to hear in noisy environments. Any louder, though, and you will border on hearing damage. Outgoing volume is very good, especially considering the cancelling. Bluetooth connection easy.

I bought this for my husband, who works from home, and who is on the phone quite a bit. He absolutely loves it! He uses it with a Samsung phone, and it works perfectly. He wears it all the time, and it doesn't bother him even when wearing his glasses. He says the noise cancelling works very well, and no one has been able to tell he was using a bluetooth headset. I think this is a winner!!

Very comfortable over the ear, good battery life and great clarity

I bought this Bluetooth earpiece to replace the one I had before, because I lost my first one. I had my first one for years and it still worked perfectly, nice clear sound and the battery lasted a long time. Great product that works well for me

I still own the previous model: 5200. There are differences.: 1. you cannot use the mobile charging base interchangeably. @2. you can no longer press the answer button and verify the status of the phone operating status, namely: The current battery remaining life and whether or not your connected to the phone. Talked to tech support about this disappointment. They said that they have no plans to restore this feature unless there is sufficient complaint about it. I don't understand it... Can be done through a programming "UPDATE" process. However, that said, it does inform you when turning off and on the heard set.

I've used, returned, used rinse repeat this Bluetooth headset for some years now (it's that old of a model). In summation it is a very nice headset, but the reason for returning was because the battery doesn't hold a charge long as it used to. Which to be fair batteries do degrade with time, otherwise I love everything about these headsets. The later models had Alexa, which I didn't use, so I can't review that feature. Call quality was clear and loud, same goes for music. No dropped signal, skipping, anything. It will remain on standby until you turn it off, to save battery life. Easy to use. One star was knocked off, because over the years this one model became less, as in the quality seem to have become 'cheaper' in feel, if that makes any sense. Same body, different materials. Otherwise, it did what I needed it to do.

I've been a user of Plantronics brand Bluetooth products for about 10 years, and I've never been disappointed. This earpiece has excellent audio quality, great battery life, and pairs easily. The only glitch is that I have to say "answer" several times before the call actually gets answered. I had this same minor issue with the Voyager Pro and Voyager Legend, but I now just hit the button, or pick up the earpiece to answer calls.

I have been using the Plantronics Voyager series of headsets for years. Although the battery life dwindles a bit over time, the overall quality of these headsets is great. The best feature is the ability to screen out background noise. They are also fairly comfortable for all-day wear for conference calls and video calls.

Excellent product sound quality was superb. Loved that I could hear the guys on the job and also listen to my music. Easy to answer the phone easy to text message very good product. The salesman that helped me was very informative.
