That said, this one is a winner! Excellent voice quality and it doesn't sound like I'm in a tunnel like the other one does. Great product. The charger is very good also.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is everything I was hoping for and more an added feature which was very unexpected was that when I removed the Bluetooth earpiece from my ear whatever was playing whether it be music or a video would be paused automatically just from removing it from my ear no idea it could do that but it is definitely a step up from my last one.

When it was time to upgrade I was looking for something different, after tired of looking for something with features and same quality I was not able to find anything like plantronics. I went and bought the 5220 model. I’m very happy I made the decision. Best Bluetooth ear piece ever
