Works 99% of the time

So much I actually own 2, however there are some times where people complain about me sounding under water. To fix, I have to turn the headset off, and back on. Good part is I can do it during a call and it reconnects nearly immediately.

However, can be fragile with a life usefulness of about 1 year. Make sure that it is purchased with the extended warranty. The few extra dollars for the warranty is a sound investment.

Great quality. Uncomfortable

I wear it outside with lots of wind and street noise, and my calls are not able to hear this noise. However, it is very uncomfortable and actually hurts my ear after just 20 minutes.

Easy Setup and Use

She is using this daily and is very happy with it. The only feature it seems to be missing is the on-head detection to save battery life or prevent confusion when answering a call and it sends the audio to the headset but the headset is in a different room completely.
