outstanding item will recommend to buy very comfortable to wear

I wanted something for work that was comfortable to wear all day without being bulky. Out of the box I didn’t love how it fit in my ear, it took some getting used to but once I did it was comfortable. My issue with it was the microphone would just stop working mid call on Teams all the time. I had it for about 2 weeks and had more than a dozen meetings and multiple calls - every time the microphone would stop working and I’d have to switch to my laptop mic. Too big of a hassle so I returned it. Trying another headset from this brand but hoping the usb helps with the connection otherwise it’s going back

Great Bluetooth headset for driving or working in noisy area

Definitely worth the money. I use this while driving in my Jeep Wrangler with the top down. The wind isn’t an issue. I have an older jeep without Bluetooth this is has been a great purchase. Downfall is it’s an old look (not AirPods).

This is everything I was hoping for and more an added feature which was very unexpected was that when I removed the Bluetooth earpiece from my ear whatever was playing whether it be music or a video would be paused automatically just from removing it from my ear no idea it could do that but it is definitely a step up from my last one.

THE BEST BLUEETOOTH SET FOR WORK AND DRYVING PRICE TOO HIGH

I have had several Bluetooth devices, even another Plantronics (looks like a fiddle), and tried to return it quality was so bad but it was outside their return window by a week. That said, this one is a winner! Excellent voice quality and it doesn't sound like I'm in a tunnel like the other one does. Great product. The charger is very good also.

works very well. However, can be fragile with a life usefulness of about 1 year. Make sure that it is purchased with the extended warranty. The few extra dollars for the warranty is a sound investment.

I purchased this item because I misplaced one of the same model. Of course I eventually found it. This is the same model as my other but it does have some new features and it does fit better. In the long run I do like the new headset much better than the older model

I’m a plantronics products lover for many years. When it was time to upgrade I was looking for something different, after tired of looking for something with features and same quality I was not able to find anything like plantronics. I went and bought the 5220 model. I’m very happy I made the decision. Best Bluetooth ear piece ever
