The first one was flawless for about 2 weeks and then....it began connecting and disconnecting from my iPhone 6S. Now the full charge will only go to 5 hours, the people listening to it complain of very bad quality and it seems to have failure problems if the mike bar is not positioned in only one way??? I have the warranty on the other one but I lost a lot of money on this one.

The headset easily falls out of my ear so be aware! It's still good for at home phone calls.

It is clear and responds to more than one phone at a time. Only problem is it should some with a stand when not in use. Other than that, I think this is a good buy.

My new surface can hold up its screen or fold into a tablet and I really like that.

Doesn't include a magnetic charging cable. The micro USB port was hard to find since I wasn't expecting it. Doesn't come with foam covers for the earpiece. Due to the lack of foam cover it doesn't stay in the ear very well if you are moving. This also allows external noise to drown out the call. Has the same quirk the Legend has where it won't power on (or initialize) properly unless you shake it. Honestly wish I would have gotten another Voyager Legend instead. I was hoping this would be an upgrade though.
