When one of your contacts is calling you, you hear the bluetooth saying..."Call from" and then says the name of the person that is calling you, and of course this one is my favorite. It ask you..."Answer or Ignore?" Hahahha I love saying Ignore :) So yeah I definitely recommend this one.

Breaks at the pivot

It seems to happen just out of warranty, went with another headset last time but it did not match the sound or features so I went back to this thinking it might be better. 4th headset that has failed like this, some in warranty but most not.

The life span of the unit depends on the usage but on the vast majority of cases they last for way past their warranty period.This model is to some extent is resistant to stretching, but we do not recommend stretching the hook too much to avoid any kind of harm. When you remove the earpiece, we recommend that you slightly stretch it and also slide it over your ear to take it off. As you may know, this product counts with a one-year manufacturer's warranty. It is clear and responds to more than one phone at a time. Only problem is it should some with a stand when not in use. Other than that, I think this is a good buy.

Doesn't include a magnetic charging cable. The micro USB port was hard to find since I wasn't expecting it. Doesn't come with foam covers for the earpiece. Due to the lack of foam cover it doesn't stay in the ear very well if you are moving. This also allows external noise to drown out the call. Has the same quirk the Legend has where it won't power on (or initialize) properly unless you shake it. Honestly wish I would have gotten another Voyager Legend instead. I was hoping this would be an upgrade though.
