    Love these that have been a great purchase! I wish they came with two of each size ear piece because that’s the only thing I’ve had break on them. I even sent it though the washer and it still worked on the other end..

    I purchased this item because I misplaced one of the same model. Of course I eventually found it. This is the same model as my other but it does have some new features and it does fit better. In the long run I do like the new headset much better than the older model

    I had the Bluetooth for a little over a week and it taking some time getting use to the way it fits over the ear. Reception is great very clear, noise reduction feature is very good for the person on the other end distance works as far as 25-30 feet.

    After speaking with support it was determined that I had bought a faulty unit. Initially the device powered up, paired and performed as expected. I used the desktop app to enable "HD Audio". After testing I found I experienced noticable increase in battery usage. There was also some audio clipping on calls. Decided to disable the feature. Used the Hub app again to disable HD Audio, unplugged the headset, turned it off & back on per instructions. Headset never turned back on. Unresponsive. I'll update this review if I have better luck with the replacement.
